”How did you find her Iceclaw? Was she okay?” Snowlily asked as the kit remained pressed to her side. ”Did she at least behave?”

"She was lying by the bushes, almost close to death. Luckily I was again out for a walk and found her." Iceclaw explained. "I led her to the stream for a drink and brought her here!"

Iceclaw noticed her sister looking slightly puzzled and worried. She padded over and rest her muzzle against Snowlily's fur. "Its alright. She's still young but at least you have a curious little kit!" she purred, trying to comfort her.

Heavystep and Lightningstorm started chatting when suddenly, Heavystep bellowed with laughter. "Heavysteppp, it's not funny!" Lightningstorm mewed flusteredly.

"It is too! I can picture you now!" Heavystep teased, leaning down and flattening his face to the ground, laying on his back. Lightningstorm frowned and whaked him in the shoulder. "You're so mean." she laughed. Heavystep stood and shook out his dark fur.

Iceclaw licked her sister's ears. "Don't worry, Snowlily. I'll take good care of her." she mewed reassuringly.

Heavystep noticed Snowlily's gaze and smiled warmly. He then turned back to Lightningstorm. "I am not mean! I was showing you how I imagined you. Tripping over your own paws and landing like that..." he started laughing again, his blue eyes shining brightly. Lightningstorm frowned, embarrassed.

Iceclaw narrowed her eyes. The tom was sure weird. She mewed," Snowlily, you could share your nest with me over there," she flicked her tail towards the cozy corner of the cave.

Iceclaw nodded at Heavystep and Lightningstorm before indicating the darkening sky. "Its late now. You should sleep." With that, she padded softly towards her nest and settled comfortably next to Snowlily and Phoenixkit. A purr rumbled softly in her throat. She curled into a tight ball and drifted off to sleep.

Phoenixkit still wanted to meet the Tribe kits, but she decided to stay in the nest with Snowlily and Iceclaw for now. Closing her eyes she finally drifts into a deep sleep.

Honeystar finally woke up, and after a few quick stretches, walked out of the den and saw Snowlily. "How's Phoenixkit doing now?" he asked.

"Cranepaw, can you watch Lilykit and Snowkit? I'm going to look for Kittystar." Kitkat meowed. She padded to blackthorn ridge. "Kittystar?"

"Okay Kitkat." Cranepaw mewed, as he walked into the Nursery. He layed down close Lilykit and Snowkit while keeping an eye on Gracekit and Mallowkit.

Streamfur sat by to river to catch herself something to eat. A dark shape glided across the water and Stream quickly caught it, and pulled a large trout out of the water. She killed it, then padded back to the tribes camp with the fish in her jaws. She soon picked up a couple new scents and saw heavystep and scented Snowlily's kit Pheonixkit. Streamfur padded up to Snowlily and meowed, "Do you want me to bring this fish to Pheonixkit?"

Waking up all rested now, Phoenixkit was now ready to see the Tribe kits. She quietly walked out of her nest and snuck past Snowlily. Remembering the location from the other night, she followed the scent of milk and found the Nursery. "Hello?" she mewed inside.

Kittystar sighed and flopped down under a strange looking tree. Then she hauled herself upward and scrambled over a rocky ridge that loomed over the camp, and with a sigh she hauled herself into camp.

"Why can't I play with Gracekit and Mallowkit?" Phoenixkit suggested.

Streamfur dropped her fish in front of Pheonixkit and meowed, "Wanna try some?" she meowed, "As long as thats ok with you're mother"
