DF RP: The New Leaders

We'll start off the roleplay with Aere and I becoming Dark Forest Leaders. Some DF members who are part of a Clan will have to choose whether they want their old Clan's badge and rank or the DF badge and rank. PM Bot if you want to change your badge and rank.

As you guys roleplay, we need ideas for the following. Just name your thoughts together with your RP post!

- Significant places of the Dark Forest
- Name for the place where leaders give announcements

"Aere!" Phantom sprinted across the clearing towards the other she-cat, suddenly feeling as excited as an apprentice. "Congratulations, sister," She mewed, a purr rumbling in her throat softly.

(Lol since they're waiting for a cue, I'll just give them one. Save the trouble for them to edit their posts I guess. )

"Ready?" Aere broke in, her whiskers twitching impatiently. "Are we going to sit here all day? No? Good." They had already wasted too much time. It was best to get started as soon as possible. Aere waited for several more moments, letting the apprehensive silence stretch out.

"Begin!"

Sunbeam stepped foward, ramming his powerful shoulder into Sunfire-paw's flank, trying to push him off balance. He remembered the ling nights if self training he had given himself, the long nights with darj forest warriors, training till he dropped to his paws from exhaustion. He would succeed.

Sparkpaw sniffed. "Camofrost is my dad? How much am I being lied to?" she asked. "Did you know?" she asked.

Camofrost looked at Viper. "I'm allowed to speak to her aren't I?" He asked. "Sparkpaw, sweetie, I'm sorry. I didn;t want you to be sad that you had no father, so I asked Brackenclaw if he could be your mother's mate instead. In fact, your mother is here now. We met here and she admired my hunting, but soon after I died, and when your mother was pregnant, she tokd Brackenclaw to be your stand-in father, he agreed and he's in StarClan, not the Dark Forest." he said.

~So are Sunbeam-paw and Sunfire-paw going to tie and both become warriors?~
Sunfire slid backwards, keeping his balance. He ran towards the tom looking like he was going to ram into him, but then he slid under him and tripped him with his forepaw. He got up quickly and held Sunbeam-paw's hind legs down with one hind paw, his front paws with the other hind leg, then with one forearm he pushed Sunbeam-paw down, put his paw over Sunbeam-paw's nec, his long white claws over his neck. He had to become a warrior. He would do anything to become one. He will win.

Thunderclaw sat down and watched slightly impatiently.After this,then we'll train.He repeated in his head over and over.To Doveshine he added,"Wait,then act.The impatient warrior always loses.We have all been impatient sometimes,and we payed,"He added,touching his shreded ear with his tail.

Doveshine growled. She padded away, and shot a glance at Thunderclaw as she went to find a more shady place to wait.

~I don't know.~
Sunbeam-paw twisted around and shoved upward with all four paws, trying to send his opponent flying. He then stood up, all of his teeth showing, as he snarled at his opponent.

Sunfire-paw landed on his feet and growled. Sunfire-paw ran towards a tree and jumped. He bounced off the tree and then rammed into Sunbeam-paw's back, knocking the wind out of his. Sunfire-paw got up and slashed viciously at Sunbeam-paw's pelt, his pelt starting to turn red.

≈They were in a confine d area in the middle of a clearing. First one out of the area loses. ≈
Sunbeam-paw winced in pain and rammed his shoulder into Sunfire-paw's shoulder, his momentom carding them both to the line. Sunbeam-paw sank his teeth into his opponent's shoulder, the teeth ripping through the skin and muscle.

Uhhhhh. Can someone catch me up?

≈Sunbeam-paw and Sunfire-paw are having a one-on-one duel. The winner will become a warrior. Everyone else is watching.≈

Phantom watched the two apprentices curiously. Sun(beam)paw was on the upper hand. As previous mentor once told her, the one who begins the fight always has an advantage. Sun(beam)paw was strong but Sun(fire)paw was fast. She wondered which one will win.

~ Maybe both of you decide who will win. Don't take it too seriously kays? Its just a roleplay ~

Doveshine watched from the shadows. This was actually quite...entertaining.

Aere narrowed her eyes, leaning forward slightly as Sunbeam-paw shoved Sunfire-paw right to the boundary of the line. The RiverClan cat had the upperhand at the moment, but she could see an easy way for a cat faster than Sunbeam-paw to escape from his grip. Never get over confident. Her mentor had taught her that early on. It was hard not to get your ego and a sense of triumph to occupy your concentration when you'd pinned your opponent down, but it was a paramount that you'd always expect the worst. Her whiskers twitched as Aere settled back again, never looking away from the ongoing assessment.

~Hey Forest, hurry up and post! It's been over 48 hours!~

~Sorry! And maybe they should tie... Both warriors But they're going to end up killing each other if they keep going soon enough ~

Sunfire-paw yowled and bit into Sunbeam-paw's scruff and flung him to the ground. He ran over to him, fury and rage flaming in his forest green eyes. He crouched low as he was running and jumped, aiming right for Sunbeam-paw's stomach. He rammed into him, and Sunbeam-paw was about to be out of bounds. Sunfire-paw ran towards him, ready to knock him out of the boundary.

Sunbeam-paw dug his claws in, stopping just inside the line. His amber eyes were blazing with fury now, and he charged full blast at Sunfire-paw. At the last second he saw he was going too fast, but it was too late. He crashed into Sunfire-paw and they both tumbled across the line, their momentum carrying them as far as the nearest tree.

Doveshine watched in amusement. So this battle will be tied after all, she thought.

Sunfire-paw hissed, "You idiot! It's a tie now! We both won't become warriors!" He got up, his blood loss pretty bad. He glared at him and walked away, and laid down by his mother, and Forestblaze, They better both become warriors.

"Its a tie," Phantom stepped between the two apprentices, avoiding the blood splatters on the ground. She could see potential in both. She gazed at them both thoughtfully, her cold eyes flickering from Sunbeam to Sunfire. Finally, she gave in with a sigh.

"Both of you will be warriors."
