Should the Recent Topics scroll?
Pros of having it NOT scroll:
- Faster page scrolling
- Smoother webpage scrolling
- Minimizes Lag

If it means faster performance, then I think not scrolling is a good idea

Yeah I like it that way. It is easier to see the recent posts faster.

Yes, I dont like that i have to wait to see the recent topic although i liked the idea. No scrolling would be great

I like it the way it is now, no scrolling. I had a hard time clicking on the moving links XD
