Do You Like The New Banner?

Hey everyone, I've just uploaded a new banner with my new graphics software. Tell me what you think! If you don't like it, tell me what you think would be a good idea! The new software is very powerful and I can easily alter and create new banners. Give me some feedback

Are you referring to the banner above? The one with the mountain, forest, and Japanese houses (Twoleg nests)? I think it's very interesting and magnificent!

It makes me think of how the culture of Erin Hunter's Warrior cats share similarities to the Samurai of feudal-aged Japan!

Other warriors I think they share a lot with include: the (feudal clan) Scottish Highlanders, the Iroquois (and other Native American/ First Nations people), the Indian Rajputs (maybe), and the Vikings (also a maybe). I'm a fan of the TV show "Deadliest Warrior" by the way.

Oh, that one. It's really good too.

Maybe a banner with a couple more cats would be nice-we're not supposed to be a bunch of well-behaved fluffy little kitties.

put me on there! nah i'm kidding. that could be yet another contest. to be featured in the banner! but i like this one! it looks like a third realistic, a third painting style and a third cartoon. i'm an artist at heart. but i'm actually okay at it in real life! i can't think of any changes to the banner.

Lotus-Star- (love your name) The first one had a mountain to the background in the upper-right corner. A small Japanese village/town occupying the center (including what looked like a castle and a monastery/shrine/temple). A forest in late-summer/early autumn (Greenleaf/ Leaf-Fall) surrounds the village from all sides. And (my favorite part) multi-colour sky, possibly during the early evening.

Did I like it better? In all honesty...yes.

Also in curiosity, what was your name before it became 'Lotus-star'?

Oh. It was Lotusflower. And I think the summer banner should have some more cats!

I'm sorry I took away the Japanese style. It was replaced because the resolution was too low. Don't worry, it's still in the works and I promise, it'll appear again either during summer or the fall season.

I thought maybe spring or fall? That's a japanese-ish time. what are you going to do for winter? I'm excited.

Dragonclaw- That's great! What's a Mandarin?

Um, it could be that Chinese buffet.

Or that fruit that looks like a mini orange.

Or it could be another Chinese language. I get confused with all the different Chinese languages. They all remind me of orange fruits ._.

Mandarin is chinese language. And no, Hazeldust, it's not a buffet or a fruit. It's a language. I speak it, too.

I think china has a several languages but I'm not sure. Mandarin is one of them I think. I'm pretty sure it's a type of orange too.. >.> Another one of the languages is possibly Cantonese. I've heard that word said before

Oh, now I understand (oops)!
Dragonclaw was talking about how I referred to him by the Chinese (Mandarin) translation of his name. 'Long-Zhua' [Dragon-Claw].

Oh! "Long" means Dragon and "Zhua" means claw. I speak and read Chinese, but I was kinda confused when I saw that. Um, I think my name in Chinese would be: "Liang-xing" Right?

I wouldn't know. What's mine?
