The Apocalypse RPG

(This RPG is based off of Scarheart's, which she made a while ago so I thought I'd make a similar one because it's a cool idea. )

The title explains most of it. It's the zombie apocalypse, and you are the only humans left. Some of you can be separated, some of you may be together. Sign up, follow the rules, have fun

Looks: wavy waist length dark red auburn hair usually thrown across her left shoulder, ice blue eyes, rosy pale akin and a black skin tight jump suit with dark brown combat boots.

Pets (optional): black husky with a white and blue eye

Personality: Spunky, Serious, Scared
Looks: Tan girl with long, chocolate brown hair. Her eyes are emerald green. She wears a shirt that says: "2 tough for u." and ripped sweat pants. Her ear rings are burgers with a :3 face on them.
Weapons: Crossbow and her dog, Gary (white pitbull with a green collar).
Pets: Gary and her cat, Madge (cream colored cat with hazel eyes)
Other: Lives in an old building with Ann?

Accepted! 1, your pet can talk if you want, I guess 2, sure Madeline can live with Ann And we can start now.

Ann walked slowly around the abandoned alley she'd recently found behind the old building she lived in. She was keeping an eye out for a thing or two she could use for survival purposes. She spotted a dumpster at the end of the alleyway. Her first instinct was to explore. But the little voice in her head said, zombies. Ann scowled. I have weapons. I'll be fine. She scooted over to the old, rusty dumpster. It was closed. Ann tried to open it without making any noise, but that did not work. The screeching sound of old metal echoed down the alley. Ann winced, but continued to open it. Anything could be in here, and it might be worth keeping. Ann peeked her head in, taking a quick glance to see if it was safe. It was not. A rotting zombie sat at the bottom, eating something. It looked up at Ann lazily. Ann let out a tiny scream and dropped the dumpster cover back on. It lifted back up slowly, a zombie hand pushing it up. Ann shook her head and without thinking, kicked the hand away. It fell into the dumpster. The cover slammed back on. Ann was pretty freaked out and still had no clue what to do. Run! she told herself. Your throwing knives won't really do much here! Ann nodded and sprinted back to the street. She looked up at the old, helpless, abandoned building she called home. "Madeline!" she called. She didn't know if her friend was even in there - gosh, she could even be that zombie eating trash back there - but she called to her anyway.

Imagine rummaged through her old house, hidden in the woods. Her mother and sister were taken, for she knew, she had to kill them. But, her brother, she had no idea. The house was spiffy. She dragged her bow along the floor till she hit her bed. Dropping her self on her bed, she glanced up to a picture of her family, but her father was out of the picture. She felt nothing, no regret or sadness. Se shot out of her bed as she heard loud moans. She looked out the dirty glass pane, to see a hoard of 13 or 20 zombies. Crap, She grabbed her bow, broke the glass pane and brushed off the pain and climbed out on to the roof.Zombies can't climb... right? Fear erupted down her spine. She shook it off and jumped into the old apple trees that lined the sides of the house. Hopefully I will be safe for awhile... if they stay then I will run toward the city. She hid deep into the leaves and waited.

Liu walked around the east side of the city. To his surprise, there were no zombies for miles. Just wait till I get to the North side. They will be there. He threw his gun over his back and marched through the city. He looed over to a gas station, with food lined on shelves. His stomach growled and her walked toward the station. He opened the door which let off a ding. First, he looked for any signs of life, none remained in the store, then he pulled out a backpack and stuffed it with plenty of food. I will rest here for the night or until the food runs out. He bit into a stick of beef jerky and leaned against the wall, watching through the window, with three thoughts on his mind.

Madeline looked at Gary and Madge. "Did you guys here that?" she asked. The two animals nodded. Madeline took her crossbow and aimed the arrow at a zombie chasing Ann. Die. she thought. The zombie got hit in the head with the arrow and died. Madeline jumped down from the second floor with her pets coming downstairs inside. Madge settled on the girl's shoulder. Gary stood loyally by Madeline.

Ann heard a large thwap and a zombie groan. She turned around quickly to see a dead zombie with an arrow in its head that was not there before. She turned back to see Madeline with her pets and her crossbow. She grinned. As timid as she was around others, she had become to the best of friends with Madeline. Funny. It's easier to make friends during the apocalypse than during school.

Catherine walked down her old street, her shotgun dragging behind her and her little white dog following her, brushing her ankles. That dog wasn't hers before the zombies started coming in. Once most everyone was mutated, she found him in the middle of the road, by himself, looking for food. Just like Catherine. She brought him along her "journeys." She hadn't decided a name for him yet. His collar didn't even have his name on it, leaving Catherine to decide what he would be called. She wasn't necessarily good at picking names, so she proceeded to call him "little white dog." When she roamed her street where her house was located, memories overwhelming her. When someone saw the old white house with the glass on every inch of the yard, Catherine saw the crankiest old woman on the street sitting in a rocking chair watching people pass by. While some people saw the huge oak tree in the middle of the road blocking the path, Catherine saw when the tree stood, where she and her friend Porter - who was probably a zombie by now - sitting up there, sharing a bag of chips. Tears started rolling down her cheeks. She picked up her little white dog and squeezed him. "Oh, little white dog," she sighed. "I never thought I'd say this, but I wish I wasn't alone."

Imagine waited in that old apple tree for hours and the zombies never left. Boredom overwhelmed her. She quickly leaped off the branch closet to the floor and took of toward the old city. The zombies followed her for a short half a mile then lost sight of her. The tree population began to lower, which was a sign of her getting closer to the city. She regretted leaving the house, but their was nothing left for her to cherish. She stopped as she saw a group of 4 zombies closing in on something. Could it be a survivor?! She quickly took her bow and anchored her arrow. Aiming at a zombies head, she let go of the arrow and watched as it punctured the soft skull. The zombie fell to the floor and the other 3 turned and looked at her. They left their first target and moved on toward her. She walked backwards in fright. Something hit her head, and before she knew it she was whacking the zombies to the floor with her bow and smashing and arrow through their heads. When all were dead, she felt good for once. She glance over to were their first target laid. She was confused for all there was, was a dog. A black husky, whom laid on the road limp and breathing heavily. She walked toward the dog and stared at it. Its head moved to look at her. It whimpered. She drew her hand closer to it and pet its muzzle. She noticed the outline of ribs along its side. She picked the dog up and threw across her shoulders, like a scarf. Before anymore zombies could get to them, she took off hoping to find a friend to help her.

Liu watched as some zombies passed by the store and didn't notice him. Ahhh life in a store. He stood up and walked over to the cash box. He opened it to find loads of money. Seems useless at this point. He thought but then shoved the money into his backpack. I am not gonna be greedy, as my father. He looked at a picture with only him and his father. Why did he cut out the picture of my mother and little sister.

(Is it ok if the dog can talk as well, but she won't talk very often.)

I'm lost whats happening? I haven't been on in awhile.

This is just a zombie apocalypse RPG, so a lot is happening for the other peoples characters and you can join if you just fill out the code in the very first post and wait for flames to accept you.

Madeline pet Madge and the cat stated, "Gary...do you smell that?". Gary looked up and said, "Yeah,". Madge jumped down onto the ground. "Follow us." Gary commanded. Madeline took her arrow from the zombie's head and dashed after the animals. "Come on Ann!" she called. Gary took down 9 zombies on the way with no injuries. He stopped in front of Imagine. "Dog!" he barked in happiness. Madge and Gary stood on both sides of Madeline. "Who are you?" she asked the girl.

Imagine just looked at the girl, who appeared out of no where. The husky just stood by her side and growled in her throat. " The question is who are you." Imagine spoke, then turned around and walked on. The husky turned around and followed Imagine.

(Wow, Imagine is stuck up. XD )

Gary looked into the husky's eyes before she started walking off. He wagged his tail and Madge smirked at him. She spotted a zombie heading for Imagine but it was to her side so the girl wouldn't see it. Madeline was distracted by Gary. Madge saw the zombie chase the girl. She dashed behind the zombie, tackled it, and bit it's head open. The zombie died in her paws. "Your welcome," she said sitting on the zombies corpse. She padded over to Imagine. "Im Madge, the dog is Gary, the two girls are Ann and Madeline," she explained. Madge was a friendly cat and enjoyed humans.

" I didn't need it." Imagine looked at the cat so called Madge. She continued to walk on. She didn't want a partner as much as she wanted one before she met the husky. Her name was still determining. " I have one quest and partners aren't apart of it anymore." She looked back once more then walked on. " Come on..... Myth." The husky that has chosen to follow her, has received a name. " Wait." Imagine stopped and turned around to look at everyone that was there.

Myth ( she has the looks but she is bigger, than the dog in the pic):

Madeline looked at her. "What is it?" Madge asked. She waved her tail and Gary stopped padding towards Myth. Instead he killed a zombie heading for Ann.

" I will stay with you guys, until we find my brother." She threw her bow over her shoulder and looked down at myth. She could tell Myth wasn't a people dog that much but she would have to live with it. " Sorry Myth I need to find him." Myth nodded then turned to the others. " And I need to know you guys more in order to travel with you through this entire apocalypse." She blew few strands out of her face then looked at the sun.

Madge meowed up to her, "Well I am a cat. That's all,".
Gary barked and wagged his tail. 'Dumb Dog.' Madge spat in her head
Madeline explained how she found the animals and Ann. "Gary was stranded, covered in blood and scars. Zombies surrounded the poor guy. I had to fend them off. I tended to him and found Madge protecting a little kid from zombies. The kid was suffering from the flu and died with Madge loyally by his side." she explained.

"Ok. Well Myth was surrounded by zombies but I fended them off, and at first I was carrying her over my shoulders but then she wanted to walk on her own, and she just followed so I kept her." Myth barked at her speech, then sat down.

Madge sniffed. Gary's ears pricked up. 'No way...' Gary thought. Madge yowled loudly and charged into the bushes with Gary speeding next to her. "Gary! Madge!" Madeline screamed.

Open after you read next paragraph:

Madge yowled and stopped in front of a skinny, gold, Retriever in the middle of a meadow. She was lying on her side next to a small pond. The dog was chained to a metal pole and couldn't move. It barked in joy when it saw the two animals.

Myth and Imagine just stood there, wonder what all the commotion was about. " Should we?" She looked at Myth. My shrugged and walked off in the direction of the others. She saw the black dog, and remembered she had metal breakers, incase she came across an electric fence. She began to dig through the backpack. Myth was splashing about in the river and the water droplets made her pelt sparkle in the intense sun. She has a good idea. Imagine thought.

The poor dog couldn't even move. Gary risked his shiny teeth and bit the metal. It didn't work. Madge licked the golden furred dog's head. "It will be alright." she stated.

Madeline followed Imagine and saw the dog. She stayed back and watched.

" Here." Imagine found the metal clippers and walked over to the chain. She kneeled down and cut the metal closest to the collar. The dog was free. She patted the dogs head and offered it some beef jerky. " Wanna go an play in the water?" She pulled the dogs head toward hers then looked at the others.

The dog barked, 'Yes please...' she whimpered. Gary and Madge pushed her up and the dog walked for the first time in 4 weeks. "I'm Cadence," she wagged her tail and joined Myth and Gary as they played in the river. Madge enjoyed water unlike most cats. She dashed behind the dogs and splashed in.
