Oldest (living) warrior cat

I think Blackstar. Because he was a warrior in the very first book, and remained alive till the very last book. I think. I haven't read OOTS. Lol, OOTS. That's so awkward.

It could be Dustpelt or Graystripe for a Clan cat cause they've been around forever, but I think technically the oldest is Rock (the cat in the tunnels) but I'm not sure if he's a real cat or just a ghost.

Firestar! He was like 100000000000 moons!My cat is elven in human years. That means she is 77 in cat years. So she is 132 moons old I believe. Firestar seemed like he was 100 years old anyway!

she was in the whole series? i thought they would've killed her earlier. she was already a "senior warrior" who was not much younger than Whitestorm when she was introduced. she did retire, but how long was she an elder for? Razz

Except for Tallstar. He actually died of old age.

And Mistystar really is "immortal." They at least said in the last few books that Blackstar was old. But Mistystar was a warrior with Fireheart (maybe an even older warrior) and in the last series she was still portrayed as a young cat.

Mistystar was definitely older than Firestar o.O Bluestar had her kits a like few YEARS before Firestar came to the clans.

Mousefur is by far the oldest cat in the series. I think Blackstar is the second oldest. he was already a deputy in the first book! I noticed the Erins have never had a leader retire, except for Pinestar. You would think that it happened a lot more often, since they had 9 lives.

I don't believe Mistystar (foot) ever died. The app never said that! Mistystar was older Firestar (heart) and was like a close to a senior warrior in Darkest Hour!

She didn't die (yet). She still has a couple of lives. Leaders tend to all be pretty old because they have so many lives. Though Mousefur is older than Firestar and she's still living o_O

No, I think Mousefur was still a kit when Mistystar was born. Because White-eye had Mousekit and Runningkit when Bluestar was still pregnant with her kits.

I think that part was in Bluestar's Prophecy :O I don't think it was ever mentioned how many lives she has left. Unless you read her special edition book I guess.

Sandstorm isn't that old compared to some of the others like Mistystar and Mousefur. Razz

It's hard to say how old Blackstar is because he was a rogue before and it's hard to specify.

Longtail was pretty old when he died, too. True, he retired early--but he was a new warrior when Firestar was an apprentice. And just to rub it in, in one of the POT books (I think it was The Sight), Jaypaw observes how Longtail still seemed young. Uh...what? He's older than your grandfather, Jaypaw.
