If a leader died of old age, would he be revived by their 9 lives?

So, I know a leader will retire before he dies from old age most likely, but it occurred to me that, since a leader maintains their lives after retirement, if they were to die from old age, would they die every time they wake up with their new life?

I don't know.I would have to say no. Because once you become that certain age you can't live any longer. I am young, but I am wise.

No. Because Tallstar died of old age. And even if they still had a life, they would probably just die form old age again. That, and Tallstar was the only leader who actullay got to die from old age. In the warrior cats world, leaders usually don't get to live long enough to even consider retirement.

Most of us here just guess from general knowledge.

It'd be weird if they lost a life from oldness and then came back... You can't heal oldness, it's not an illness that needs medicine. StarClan can't make you young through the power of a life, or even multiple lives. You would just be stuck in limbo between dead and a frail, sore cat until you lost all your lives if you could be revived anyway, to summarize what I'm trying to say.

I think what Chez says make sense. Like when Jayfeather visited StarClan, he saw the faded spirit of Firestar, and Spottedleaf or someone explained that everytime Firestar lost a life, the spirit in StarClan would grow more solid. The closest analogy I can think of is like treating someone with teminal cancer. You can "prolong their life," or in this case, prevent the cat from truly dying a few times, but they will die for real sooner or later.
