Spottednose wants to join!

Spottednose stepped into the WindClan camp, hoping to join WindClan.

She always wanted to be in a clan.

Birdstar pricked her ears and lifted her head to see a she cat in the entrance of camp. She rose to her paws and padded over to Spottednose a curious look on her face. "What brings you to WindClan and what is your name?" Birdstar asked cautiously in case this was a rogue or spy. You can never be too careful. There was a gentle breeze that cooled the camp giving it the perfect temperature. Not too hot and not too cold, just right. I love the moors! She thought. However, she focused her attention back on the strange she cat.

Lightningstorm stood from her spot in a group of apprentices and younger warriors, padding over to Spottednose and Birdstar. Breathing in the scent of the stranger, the deputy's golden eyes glittered with mistrust. "What's going on here, Birdstar?" she asked calmly, tone respectful and also full of caution. If she was able to trespass this far with so much ease, I need to make the border patrols know to be more attentive... she thought as she narrowed her eyes at the new cat, scanning her with slight curiosity.

"My name is Spottednose. I really want to join WindClan," Spottednose meowed, making sure she wasn't saying the wrong words.

Tangleclaw rushed away from the rabbit she was eating. "Hi! I'm Tangleclaw. Are you a rouge or a loner?" Tangleclaw asked. Tangleclaw liked being annoying and she loved to run. Birdstar gave her a look. Tangleclaw knew that look. It meant to be quiet. Then Tangleclaw dipped her head respectfully.

"I'm a loner. I think." Spottednose searched her mind for memories.

"Well, hi! Do you want to see something cool?" Tangleclaw asked. Without an answer she unsheathed her claws. Grass was tangled all around them. "When I was a young kit I was trying to walk but I fell in a patch of grass. The grass got tangled in my claws. Thats how I got my name!" Tangleclaw explained.

Sagedapple poked her head out of the medicine cat's den, curious about all the commotion going on in the camp. Her eyes narrowed at the site of the new cat and padded out. Sunlight reflected off her sleek brown fur as she drew to a stop beside Lightningstorm. "Hello," Sagedapple meowed cautiously, looking at Spottednose in the eye.

Spottednose saw Sagedapple. "Hello," Spottednose meowed back, politely.

As soon as Tangleclaw saw Saggedapple she sheathed her claws. "Hay Saggedapple..." Tangleclaw said with a face. I was just ummm...." Tangleclaw tried to continue. "Okay sorry I was bragging," Tangleclaw admitted.
