Hello. Welcome to WCF. I'm Snowlily, Shadowclan's deputy, former Global Moderator and current WCF Reviewer. And yeah this forum is rather active in general. At the moment its at a bit of a slow period, with many members being in school and approaching finals and testing time. But it will pick up quite a bit in the summer time as the school year ends. Anyway, it might be a good idea to choose a clan to join soon so that you are able to jump into the clan rps but there's no real rush since the ORPG is drawing to an end. I believe most clans are recruiting with the exception of Iceclan. But good luck with your choice.
