Lunarlight I'm pretty sure that you are not allowed to raise it regular warrior points after you were advertising on the forum. You were on a one-strike rule. The only way i know you are able to raise it without any questions is to make a $5 donation to the site and have all of your privileges unlocked. Yes, to purchase an account restore, you pay $5 if yore not banned.

Non-banned users can also use this at a reduced cost of $5, which will also wipe the account clean of any sanctions or warnings.

Advertising leads to banning now. So, if you advertised before this rule, you wouldn't be banned but your warning level would probably be irreversible. It can't be bought back :/
He did change the rules, but if anything, they're firmer than before, not lighter.
