I have chosen my new avatar but I want a name that fits shadowclan a bit better. I love anything starting with heather but I can't make up my mind about which I like most. Ill post the ones I'm debating between if you all could vote for me and leave a post maybe explaining why, please?

I'm torn between Heatherpool and Heathercloud. I know I came up with the Heatherpool on but heathercloud has a very pretty ring to it as well.

Heatherpool is pretty~ it has a nice ring to it, but conveys no emotion in it. It's sorta cool! <3 I just think it sounds nice, but it would be a good SC name! XD

Well if you are looking for a ShadowClan name, I'd suggest the darkish name out of the few. Heather- isn't really a ShadowClan prefix, but I think if you have the right suffix it may fit well. How about Heathershade, or Heathershadow? Heatherdusk? Heatherdawn?

Yeah. I find that stuff all very cliche so I don't like to use those. Honestly I don't like those shadow and shade names. And if we were playing it your way there's a whole list f cats from the books that don't have "shadowclan names". But just to give you an idea of how ridiculous it is to end every name it with "shade" or "shadow", let me just give you that list.

Every one of those were characters from the books AND members of shadowclan and NONE of them have "shadowclan names" by your definition. Now. MY name is going to begin with heather- because it what i like and what i want. I don't care if you approve of it. Either you can be supportive of it or you can leave my topic. -.-

Heathersoul sounds nice! I also like the name Heathersong, and from the ones in the poll I like Heatherpool. I like those ones because they sound nice, and names ending with pelt, fur, claw, ect. sound a kind of bland to me. (I didn't really think of that before I chose my username though, since I named myself after my kit from another site)

I do think that the name heathersoul sounds pretty to say but i just dont think it makes a lot of sense personally.

I'd usually suggest chat boxing the debate because it'd be a lot easier to discuss things Unless you can't go on chat.

If I'm going to post that here might as well put my opinion in too. Personally, I quite like Dawnstorm's suggestion of Heathershade, but if I had to pick one of the above, I'd say Heathercloud. It makes partial sense, if you punit as an indirect way to say purple clouds/dawn/sunset.

Heatherpool doesn't make much sense either! But it is pretty.

One of my personal faves are Heatherpelt. It sounds right when you say it and it's not that complicated. Simply awesome. ^^ Heathercloud isn't bad either.

@Sagedapple: yeah but thinking about it leafpool didnt really make as much sense either. Idk. I guess heathersoul is pretty but i dont like that it isnt something like a name from the books. Does that make sense? And thanks. I like yours too.

I'm not hating on the prefix Heather-, Petal o.o I was thinking about changing my name to Heatherwing earlier in fact

I was saying since Heather isn't really a ShadowClan name you could give a really good suffix to it to make a more ShadowClannish name. You don't have to though.

Heathercloud is a lovely name. Somehow heather reminds me of Feather.

Heather is a flowering plant. Lol maybe its because they are spelled so similarly phantom?

Personally, I liked Heatherwing. It sounds pretty and... yeah xD
