I honestly think all people should be able to register cuz my friend tried, and she was denied, and swear words or bad htings should also not be excepted (cuz if I type in a swear word it just says "username available")

I don't think they're denied, they just have to wait to be accepted.

Dragonclaw accepts new members. They aren't accepted automatially, mostly to prevent thigs like that from happening. If their username is inappropriate, they will not be accepted.
