Spring Technical Updates!

Hey guys,

I have very exciting news. To complement our 2013 RP Season, the Tech Team is rolling out our newest projects!

Our newest releases:

- No "Post Confirmation" page when posting through Quick Reply!
- No reloading of tabs when viewing another user's profile

There's a lot more coming in the following weeks, as we finish through our rigorous final stages of testing. Tell us what you think!

but the technical updates sound great even the smallest things are big improvements. the post confirmation page always made my iPod lag xD but just a question, what happens when two people post at the same time now? :O does the new post thing still come up so you can modify it?

Didn't we have a problem with something like that before where if two people posted at the same time then the message wouldn't send?

No we shouldn't have this problem now.
Technically speaking, the previous version was sent through the iFrame which could cause the message to become "stuck" when two members posted at the same time.
This version uses a different coding language altogether

And don't forget we autosave all posts automatically now

I like this. Perhaps I see some Official RPGs in the near future? I see a
lot of members are getting back and they need something to RP with
