12/21/12- Clan Style RPG.

First topic message reminder :

Hey everyone!
With all the gossip about 12/21/12, I decided to make alittle something! So let's say, the world did end! With the twolegs gone, what would be happening to the clans and their lives? Simply with the world ending, we wouldn't all just go crowd up in Awesomeclan, would we? Of course not!
Now with this RP, I'll give you a main objective, and many ways this RP can go. As the roleplayer, you may choose which direction you want, and how bad the cats will be inflicted! So let me explain-

Objective/Prologue- With the sun drying up everything, including Riverclan's rushing rivers, the clans need water, and fast! The leaders are under stress, and a few of their cats have gone crazy with the intense heat, and lack of decent food and water. The kits are dying because the queens aren't producing any milk, and the elder's frail bodies are suffering the most. The bigger clans are suffering especially since they need food in bigger numbers. With this all going on, the leaders themselves are losing their lives like crazy! With a sudden decision made out of the blue, the clans decided to leave their homes in search of better food and water. But will they find it in time? Or will it soon just be the leaders, dwindling on their last lives, with nobody to lead?

Possible Problems that could make an interesting RPG-
1. A mass disease breaks out that slowly turns the cats into corpses of their own skin (Zombie C:) and the clans are now running from their kin.
2. A volcanic eruption causes the clans to flee before their tails get burned off, the intense heat horrific.
3. Acid Rain. The clans get excited and stick their tongues out in hope of a life saving drop, when it turns out to sting their tongues and burn their flesh.
4. Sink Holes have opened up in the ground, making it harder and harder to reach the ocean or any hope of water.
5. A large desert brings the clans to halt, there is clearly no water there.
6. With the twolegs gone, their dogs have gotten loss, and their hungry! Maybe they'll attack the clans, and most won't survive?
7. Or whatever you think of!

So you may be thinking, why are these such absurd ideas? Consider it folks, in the end of the world, the world itself would be going crazy! Possibly heading towards the sun for all we know! So feel free to make this a fun RPG, with absurd natural disasters, odd diseases, and possibly a few insane cats! It's all up to you and your imagination. What do you think would happen if the world ended?

Silversnow padded on in silence, her tongue parch, paws dry. Suddenly she heard someone in the undergrowth. They were in Moonclan territory now, and it was a gathering night, so they shouldn't get ambushed, but with all the stress, Silversnow didn't know. Signaling Fawnpaw and get low, they wait patiently on the path for the oncoming cat. Silversnow had decided to stay on the path to show that they meant no harm, instead of hiding in the undergrowth.

Blazespirit followed Owlpelt to the cave. Inside was covered with moss and there was a small pool of water in the middle. Blazespirit ripped off some moss and soaked it on the pool. She dd it over and over until she had a huge bundle in her mouth.

Owlpelt grabbed some moss from a nearby rock and dabbed it in the pond. The water hit his nose and it felt cool and relaxing. It's so good to have water again... His throat felt dry like a desert so he took a licks from the pond and then carried the water soaked moss. "Alright, let's head back to camp." His mew was muffled over the moss.

"Ok," Blazespirit mewed, her voice muffled by the moss. They headed back to camp. As soon as they stepped foot into the camp they were surrounded by thirsty warriors.

Rosestar meowed dryly, "Shadowclan, it's time for the Gathering. Let's go." Rosestar and the warriors left, towards the lake. They reached the island and Rosestar jumped to the top of Fourtrees, waiting for the rest of the clans. Rosestar looked at what little water was around her, and she was tempted to drink it. No. Wait for the rest of the clans.

Owlpelt trailed behind Blazespirit when all of the sudden he scented SkyClan cats. He dropped the bundle of moss and then mewed, "Hello? I know you're there.." What are SkyClan cats doing here? Are they here to attack us? Why would they attack when everyone is so weak?

Blazespirit stepped back. Skyclan cats? But we're so weak! Why are they attacking whenthey're weak! She wondered.

CheeseStar spent much of the day fretting about the Gathering. She knew it was tradition to bring a few other cats along with her but in dire times like these, they needed the stronger cats to stay here and hunt for the Clan, instead of wasting their energy walking to the Gathering. She made a shaky decision to go by herself.

Silversnow stepped forward and nodded at Icestar and her warrior, "I'm sorry for intruding. We are on our way to the gathering, is your clan participating tonight?" Silversnow asks, when Fawnpaw speaks up behind her, "Look Silversnow! I think they've found water!"
Silversnow is about to shush Fawnpaw when she realizes she is correct. Hesitantly, Silversnow asks, "Is it true..? Have you found water?" A part of her wanted to fight it from them, but Silversnow knew that wasn't the right option.

Blazespirit hesitantly stepped forward. She nodded. "We have found water but is it enough to feed both clans?" "Owlpelt found it sheltered in a cave and Icestar told us to grab some."

Silversnow watches the two cats carefully as she takes a step forward, toward the water, "Would it be to much to ask for a small drink? We can discuss giving water to the whole clan, after the gathering." Silversnow asks, wording herself carefully. Who knows if Moonclan has already gone mad in the heat. Fawnpaw and I can't suffer battle wounds.

Brightstar was fretting over her Clan. Without water, and consequently no fish, they were relying on birds and other forest prey. They had to stay off rocks, because they were burning it after the sun scorched them for a couple hours. She needed her warriors to keep looking for food. A constant, perpetual rhythm and settled into their lives. Hunt. Eat. Sleep. Live. "Only Streamfur and Riverson will accompany me to the Gathering tonight. Rainsplash will be in charge until we return," she announced.

~ Brightstar, Streamfur isn't in this RP... Who's Riverson? ~

"What about me?" Iceclaw asked, appearing suddenly next to Brightstar. "I'm the deputy. I should go," She injected, looking rather offended with the idea. "Do you not think I can make it?" Her eyes narrowed. The scarce prey affected her as badly as the others. Her fur was much thinner than before, giving her the somewhat resemblance of an old cat... Which she did not like.

~Oh sorry, I forgot. And I meant Riversong. Typing on the Kindle is hard. >.<~

Brightstar frowned. "We need as many warriors as we can spare to search for food and water," she reminded her. Giving her fur a quick shake, she revised her decision, "Iceclaw will go with me." The RiverClan leader glanced at the sky as she moved away from her den. Dark clouds roiled on the horizon, heavy and opaque. Brightstar didn't need a medicine cat to tell her it was an omen of some sort. As if things weren't bad enough already! she inwardly sighed. Even though she knew she should be grateful for any bit of fresh-kill at this point, she couldn't help but notice that thrush tasted like sour wood compared to fish or water vole.

Appearance- elegant white she-cat with shimmering fur and bloodred eyes. Has a slender body built for jumping really high. A bit skinny, since she insists on eating last.,

Personality- Cheerful, outgoing, friendly. She is fiercely loyal to her Clan; only fights when necessary and an outstanding hunter. Creative and resourceful, she has a clever way with words.
Appearance- Fluffy calico she-cat with cinnamon brown patches. She has amber eyes and long whiskers, with a build for jumping. Graceful and fast.
Kits/Family- Deceased in sickness/heat/disappeared with Twolegs.
Mate- None

Icestar was silent for a moment but then nodded. "Very well. A drink of water won't hurt. I'm afraid though there is not enough water in that pond for both clans. We already have many thirsty and sick cats who need water desperately." She glanced around at some of her warriors. "As for the gathering, we will go but I'm only bringing warriors that are strong enough to travel at this time."

Iceclaw dipped her head in agreement as she closely followed Brightstar out of them camp. There was a powerful scent of crowfood everywhere. Birds, mice, squirrels... the forest inhabitants were too affected by this mysterious plague, littering the ground with the rotting bodies. Iceclaw wrinkled her nose in distaste. RiverClan didn't eat crowfood but ShadowClan did. The idea was enough for her to lose her appetite.

Having visited many other Clans before, she knew a lot more then many, even the senior warriors and possibly Brightstar herself. She wasn't particular to any type of prey and could hunt all of them skillfully. Her battle tactics were a mix of many different Clan moves, and some even thought up by herself, which she passed down to the Dark Forest cats. (I'm not sure if DF applies in this RP).

"So... what do we do now?" She asked.

Blazespirit listened carefully to what Icestar said. It's true, she thought, It isn't enough to support both clans! She shook that thought away. They'd work on the problem.

Brightstar shrugged. "Survive. Maybe we can work something out with the other Clans tonight." Her claws ripped at the dry earth as she slid down the bank. Grit and dust showered down underneath her paws, tumbling into the river. Or where the river used to be. It was just a muddy trickle now, only about a tail-length wide. Even the minnows had disappeared. The water was warm now too, so unlike the cool waves that had once lapped against her paws, soothing and comfortable. "It's like the drought will never end. And Nightfall- did you see Nightfall, Iceclaw?- it's like she's shriveling up on the inside. She won't talk, won't eat, won't drink. Icestar spoke of something like this happening to her own warriors." Brightstar shot her deputy an anxious look.

Nodding, Silversnow dips forward to take a quick sip. The water is muddy, and warm, but just having the feeling down her throat again is wonderful. She knows in the long run, this will help her greatly. Silversnow nods again, after Fawnpaw is done doing the same, "You have Starclan's thanks from me. Would you like to head to the gathering now? I believe the other clans will be there."

Blazespirit lashed her tail in exitement. She really liked to go to gatherings. Icestar began to call out the names of the warriors who was going.
