I've had enough

I've really had enough, my lowered reputation is unfair, it should be raised. Don't lock it, saying it was ok, because it isn't. My amount of thumb-downs is much lower than my reputation. With the thumb-ups I've gotten, it should be around 80.

Sometimes your reputation may be lowered because of offenses and not thumbs down. Asking for it to be automatically raised would be unfair to others. If yours an go up by 100 because you deserve it, shouldnt everyone else gain some too? The answer to that is no, so please do not ask for any more automatic raises. Instead of the easy way out, contribute some thumbs up worthy ideas and RPGs.

Also, even though you've had enough, the team and others are also quite worn out. We cannot please everybody. Your reputation has already gone up by a few, so you should be a little less stubborn.

I'm starting to think rep should just be removed because its becoming a tool for prejudice and competition. We already have enough factors contributing to an imaginary hierarchy.

^^^ I just want to say, Chez, that your thoughts should be encouraged. Reputation has frankly caused unease and prejustice throughout the site.

And Lunar, I know I'm no staff on the site, but your being quite unfair for the members and moderators. I doubt they would like to deal with people's complaining and prejudiced arguments. If you truly wanted your reputation highered or lowered, you should of not have been so negative in your earliest activities, or whatever you did to lower the number in the first place.

The last part of your post, I agree, but the thing that isn't fair is that my reputation is much lower than everyone elses. New members will think I'm a jerk. I just want people to not think I'm a jerk, and with this low a reputation, that is what people will think. It is not unfair for mine to be raised, because unlike everyone else my rep is not normal.

but there is a reason why it is not "normal". there are reasons and causes to why it is lower than everyone else's. it was not unfairly lowered, so it cannot be unfairly raised.

Well the point is, Lunarlight, that your low reputation didn't appear suddenly for no reason. It would be unfair if you were singled out and given extra rep because its "unfair." How many times have you brought up this topic? At least three times? It's getting repetitive and annoying Lunar. Staff has already stated several times that your reputation was legit. If you want to have your thing normal again, then do something to earn it.

Perfectly stated! Your rep wasn't lowered for a unfair reason, so nobody will raise it for an unfair reason. Your a good guy, Lunar, but sometimes when you go against the rules, your warning bar and rep get lowered. Don't criticize your own sweetness, Lunar :3

it isn't anyone's specific duty to decide when things are lifted. only admins have the power, anyway.

also, your reputation is a small thing. you should try and earn your PMs back as a priority

Lunarlight you aren't as bad as you worry you might come off as and people have given you lots of chances. I know that it looks intimidating now but it is something you can do Hun. I know some of what cheesestar have said or the way they have said it may seem a little unfriendly but we can't take it out on them. Instead of putting so much energy into trying to take the easy way out, maybe it would really do you more got to work for it all back. I think you'll be much happier with the results when you earn it instead of taking a hand out. I know you can do it again so hang in there.
