I don't know if I can do this, but I wanted to give a tribute to all the kids who died at Sandy Hook Elementary, in Connecticut, U.S. On 12/14, it became known a man came in and shot his mother (a teacher) and all of her class. 27 died in total, with some escaping. The same man had also shot his father the day before I just wanted to give a shoutout to those kids. Please, if this isn't allowed or is spam, feel free to lock it, but I just wanted to say, bless you all, I we can only hope this never happens again. I just, when I heard about it, I just felt I needed to get the word out and give a shoutout.

It's terrible, because all these 5,6, and 7 year olds probably just had their lives ruined, seeing their best friends being hurt. My heart goes out for all the families who have to suffer this pain. D':
And this one teacher had locked herself and her students in the bathroom, trying to save them. Another teacher took her kids, and hid them in a closet to protect them. The teacher who locked her students in the bathroom had to sit there with a bunch of little kids, promising they would be ok. Both of the classes that hid in the bathroom and closet were evacuated by the State Troopers and Police. It's just so terrible when people kill other people, but the fact that they kill abunch of little kids, 10 days before Christmas too, is just utter insanity.
My prayers go out for those poor families and those poor kids. D':

One of the teachers hid her students in the closets after hearing gunshots.. When the shooter came, she told him they were in the gym, so he shot her and left. She died saving all of those little kids. Thats a hero, not Superman.

There are all these sad stories and tributes to the heroes of the incident. Today people protested outside the White House (silently and orderly; it's for a sad cause) to make gun laws harder. Ownership and registration of guns shouldn't be so easy. Maybe the people we need this weapon of "protection" from are the people who possess them. The irony.

THAT MAN WAS TOTALLY INSANE! HE CARRIED 4 GUNS, SHOT ABUNCH OF CHILDREN, SHOT HIS MOTHER AND OTHER TEACHERS, AND SHOT HIMSELF! IF YOU DON'T WANNA LIVE, YOU SHOULDN'T DRAG A BUNCH OF INNOCENT CHILDREN WITH YOU!

Yes. I believe he wither shot himself after or the police shot him... It wasn't specified. But this is the worst school shooting in the history of the U.S., you know...

I'm so glad that man killed himself after, he deserved it. I don't know the details, but this is one of the worst gun deaths in the US. I can only hope this never happens again.

Um, you really shouldn't say someone deserves to die, no matter how bad. He should've suffered in jail for what he's done. Was he mentally ill?

No, he did. Tell me, if you heartlessly murdered 20 children, would you forgive yourself? He was one of the very few genuinely heartless people.

I'm not arguing, if that's what you're trying to get at. It's bad to say someone deserves to die. Besides, he's dead...

he had a few disorders, yes. death is a quicker escape than prison. unfortunately, it is also permanent. it said on the news that the children didn't suffer, though.

he wasn't just some average businessman who planned it all.
