When your PM box is locked, messages from either side don't work. Wouldn't it feel very frustrating if someone sent you an important PM but you couldn't answer privately?
And please try not to make any more topics about your locked PMs. I know it's been locked a long time, but repeating the same issue won't do much to help the situation.
