The saddest moment

Today in dallas texas big tex in the state fair. It was a moment very sad moment for me.

You live in Texas too? o.o We heard about that in my english class.... You live near Dallas?

What happened? I don't live in Texas so I don't know...

At the state fair, Big Tex (a 52 foot statue of... a guy that kind of represents Texas in way?) caught on fire because some wiring in his head went wrong or something. It burned to like... it's metal frame. Happened today some time around 10 am.

AWW that sucks. D: at least no one got hurt though... :/

Omg that's terrible! That is one of the saddest moments DX I'm glad no one got hurt as well. It could have been a lot worse o.O

That sounds like it could really kind of scar you :/ Watching something burn is always gives people a wake up call about danger all around us. Especially if it's something like a state mascot, since it's so symbolic.

That's sad and scary! I just saw the story on the news. The Statosphere got stuck too! That must have been scary.

It's not funny seeing something of history burn down. Who ever those were sould be kicked out of Texas
