I'd like a mate

Um, So not to seem disrespectful or anything (you know I'm not already) but I have to disagree that this is an issue. Especially being that mates are allowed to have kits and accounts for those kits. In that case, this seems unjustified since a mother can roleplay on her male kit(s) account as them and the father can roleplay as the female kit(s). See where I'm going with this? I think if the two both want that, it should be their choice and it shouldn't be interrupted by staff simply because it's a girl playing a male character or a male playing a female character. Especially seeing as in a similar situation it's considered completly acceptable. And this same lenient concept goes for the other optional roleplay characters people are allowed to have in the section that the administrator of these forums has created and allowed on this forum and it's proved by the "other role-play characters" section at the bottom of the profiles as well as on each members post assuming this field has been filled. If you would look at this on the members accounts you would see that most of the members with more than one character play BOTH male and female cats.

On the grounds that in these other circumstances it is allowed I don't understand why in this situation of a similar case should be treated any differently. I believe that this should be decided strictly between Hawktalon and Crookedjaw and whatever is decided I will support.
