"That's okay, nice catch." he mewed approvingly, his eyes sparkling in the sunlight.

"Hehe. Thanks." Flowerpool replied. She looked into his eyes and looked back at him affctionetly. And it was very noticable.

Hazestar noticed her affection and turned away. "I should go now. Goodbye." he mewed, padding away.

"Oh, bye!" She meowed. She took her fresh kill and padded towards the camp.

"Hey Flowerpool!" Ivyflower called cheerfully. "Nice catch you've got there!"

Holyblaze appeared next to Hazestar. "Why are you talking to BumbleClan cats?" she asked, her eyes narrowed suspiciously.

Fadingstar appreared next to Flowerpool.She was very mad."Flowerpool don't you know that we can't love cats from diffrent clans!"She hissed."You're no longer allowed to go out of camp without my say so."

Holyblaze nodded curtly at Fadingstar. "Come on Hazestar, let's go." she mewed, flicking her tail lightly on his shoulder.

"Alright. I merely saw her while I was out for a walk. I defiantly would never plan to meet her." Hazestar mewed.

~Crookedjaw, she was facing away from you! She couldn't see her looking at him like that!~
"Oh, so less food for the Clans you mean? Prey is scarce right now! If you did notice, most of our warriors aren't felling well! So do what you want. It just means less prey." Flowerpool snapped. She dropped her prey on the ground and padded away. No! I want to see Hazestar again! I will meet him at night, maybe. She thought.

Hazestar sighed. "Those BumbleClan cats are as hostile as ever." he mewed.

"Don't fret, Hazestar," Ivyflower meowed. "We can't help it if BumbleClan is hostile."

"Yeah...I guess so." Hazestar sighed again.

Ivyflower twitched her tail. "But I wonder what they have to be hostile about? DoveClan hasn't done anything wrong."

Holyblaze narrowed her eyes at her leader. "Hazestar... you like that BumbleClan she-cat right?" she asked.

"No. I have no intentions of falling in love with any she-cat outside of my Clan." Hazestar mewed, looking at Holyblaze as if she were crazy.

"That's good," Ivyflower said. "A Clan can't function well with its leader being mate with another cat in a different Clan." Nodding respectfully at Hazestar, she quickened her pace and bounded off quickly, her long legs eating up the ground.

~I'm confused... (slightly) Is Hazestar really going to be Flowerpool's mate?~

Holyblaze nodded slightly. "If that's so..."

Ivyflower bounded back to camp, scooping up a mouse she'd caught earlier. Hmmm... I wonder if Hazestar was telling the truth. Probably, she assured herself, and hurried on.

Hazestar looked at Holyblaze expectantly, curious as to what she was about to say.

That night when all of the BumbleClan cats were asleep, Flowerpool went into the forest. She walked to the DoveClan and BumbleClan border, hoping he might be there even though they didn't plan to meet. "Hazestar, I can smell you! Come out!" She lied. She just wanted to seem like she wasn't here to see him.

Hazestar stepped out from behind a bush, shaking leaves out of his pelt. Only his silver eyes were visible.

"What are you doing out here?" She meowed, "Don't ask. I was out walking. Fadingstar accually let me out of the camp. I'm kind of suprized she did. I thought she was going to keep me hostage in the camp!"

Hazestar looked at her, confused. "I was just out on a late hunting trip. Later." he mewed, starting to pad away. This she-cat confused him. Plus, he had to get back to camp. He grabbed his mouse, squirrel, and thrush.

Ivyflower sat on guard at the camp. Yawning, she got up and stretched out her legs a little bit. she heard brambles rustiling and looked up. "Hey Hazestar," she meowed. "Nice hunting trip?"
