Oh and if their brother and sister they can have the same reason for fighting the rats

All of a sudden a rat grabbed Storm's hid legs and tons of rats pulled him back. Storm yowled and hit his head on the rock. Everything went black as he was pulled under and rats leaped on top of him burying him in rats.

Bubblw gasped and nodded and threw herself at the rats attacking Storm and soon they all fled in terror and Bubble stayed beside him to protect him.

Gold finally caught her breath and rushed back to fight the rats.

Rogue felt someone catch her. 'Red...?" she groaned.

Bubble snarled and swat rats away squealing in pain and terror and she yowled " ROGUE! GET UP! YOU NEED TO FIGHT! PLEASE GET U-" she was cut off more rats surged around her.

Rogue shifted slightly. She raised her head groggily. "Bubble? You're safe?" she murmured, getting to her paws unsteadily.

Gold clawed at rats. They kept coming at her. When are these rats finally going to give up??

Bubble gasped at batted the rats back her pelt was so bloody that it looked solid red. Bubble was panting hard, she was only four moons old and she was a leader fighting for her life! Bubble sent another batch of terrifed rats screaming back home.

Red helped her up. He looked around. "Wheres my son?" He asked his eyes widening and he frantically looked around for Storm.

"Bubble are you ok?" Gold asked at the sight of her looking hurt. As soon as she asked that more rats ambushed Gold.

Rogue got up. She scanned around the mass of rats. "I.... can't see him anywhere," she croaked.

Red screeched seeing a small cat lying on his side surrounded by rats all over the cat. "STORM!" Red roared and slashed at rats. Some were even scared and scurried away frantically. Red leaned down and buried his face in Storm's fur. "Please wake up! Wake up!" He cried.

Gold attacked the rats, sending them into each other. "Storm where are you?" Gold cried as she heard Red searching for him.

Rogue rushed over. Her face fell, her expression of great sorrow. "Red..." she started, unsure of how to deliver the bad news. "His... gone..."

Red shook his head. "No! No hes not! He has a whole life ahead of him! He's not dead Rogue!" Red screeched. He gently shook his son but Storm's eyes were glazed over widened in terror. "NO! GET UP STORM PLEASE!" He screech turned to sobs.

"Storm!" Gold rushed over next to Red and Rogue. She stared at his small still body. Her eyes filled with fury. These rats can't take more lives!

"Red!"Autumn cried! "Red, he's gone! You can't do anything anymore for him!"

Rogue shook her head.

"We have to do something!" Autumn growled. "These rats have taken enough lives!"

"We can at least carry his body somewhere esle so these horrible rats don't get to him!" Gold said sadly.

Red closed his eyes. He closed Storm's eyes gently and picked his last son by the scruff gently. Red silently padded back to camp.

Rogue, shocked by the sudden loss, looked up blankly.

Gold felt the pain in Red's loss. I know exactly what's it's like to lose someone to the rats. Thinking about her sister she tried to say more to Red, but the words seemed to be stuck in her thoat.

Autumn shook her head. "Rats are everywhere. They killed my whole family and friends, then chased me out of my home. I was lucky to survive." She shuddered, glancing at the long scar on her shoulder.

Rogue shook herself. The rats had scattered. "We can't fight the rats yet. We have to train ourselves for it." Her eyes gleamed. "I have a plan."
