Is Firestar really that good?

This may sound weird but I don't even like Firestar

He was pretty cool as apprentice/deputy/warrior, but when he became leader he went so downhill. He gave territory to ShadowClan, let kittypets into ThunderClan, and butted into WindClan's business StarClan knows how many times. So I guess I'm kind of for Firestar to die so we can see the era of Bramblestar!

Yeah! but Firestar was always like that. The kittypets weren't kittypets..... they were barn cats. Well, at any rate, Firestar always wants to help Onestar, and doesn't understand that his old friend has to go on with his own life.

In my opinion, Firestar was a great warrior, but a little on the soft side to other Clans. He meddled with WindClan a lot, allowed non-Clan cats to join ThunderClan, and just gave ShadowClan territory. Sandstorm once said, "Don't you ever fight anymore?" And I agreed with her. Firestar is getting sentimental in his old age.

Wait, shouldn't Brambleclaw be kinda old too? I mean, when Firestar was deputy, Brambleclaw was born. So there can't be that much of an age difference because Firestar was such a young deputy. So if Firestar is old, shouldn't be Brambleclaw in his senior too?

Not really. When Firestar said, "Hey, I'm not an elder yet.", Brambleclaw had just become warrior. So Brambleclaw can't be THAT old. Even if he was, it would mean that Firestar needs to die more than ever.

I agree with you all but I mean, Firestar shouldn't die YET. I dislike how he gets in clans business thinking he can do whatever he wants but I dont think he should die just yet.

True true but I mean, he was the main character from the start...so why give him away. Like i said, I agree he should die but SOON. I mean, when the time comes, I think Erin would want to make it so un-expecting and suspenseful that we would feel some sorrow and sympathy for him if you know what I mean.

Yeah....Erin hunter likes him best.

Yeah, why else would she keep him alive? But dont worry, the time will come soon.

Actually I think you're right. He will pass when the time is right. But right now, I think Firestar is needed most of all, not only for the cats, but for us as well. He has long been a symbol of undying faith and loyalty and in the rise of Dark Forest, I think we will be looking towards him for strength. Long live Firestar!

I think so too! Plus, I think a lot of young readers would be very upset if Firestar died. I think Firestar is pivotal and important for the whole series! Huzzah! Starclaw and Fireheart! Long live Firestar

Yes, Long Live Firestar! Although, I do see the other perspective of Firestar being a little annoying. So, Im on both sides here, but more towards for him to be alive.

People he has had a nice life let him go to be starclan.

Yup! I think after, when StarClan defeats Dark Forest, that maybe even StarClan might want a leader and ask Firestar to join them. Something like that! And then Firestar and Sandstorm would go with StarClan and Brambleclaw would become leader! What do you guys think?

Its a good prediction and it would make sense to not have Firestar "Die" from an enemy but sacrifice himself for Starclan and he would be acknowledged for that or something if you know what I mean.
