Should Mentors/Apprentices be real?

This is a development to the Mentor/Apprentice suggestion I made previously. I know some members [prior to my suggestion] have their own apprentices as other RP characters. And last night, me and Applefur were trying to decide who should become mentors for the 11 kits in WindClan. We realized that we didn't have enough [active] warriors to provide as mentors, especially after the recent "Faker" incident. Both me and Apple want to use our RP characters to Mentor each others kits. Can this be allowed?

True and thanks. After all the kits themselves [mostly] are not 'real' either right? So what's the difference.
