New Clan New Day(Open)

StarLight was a new member in the Thunderclan. StarLight had only been in the thick forest for around a day since joining up with the Thunderclan and was new to the group not having a chance to have met any of the cats in the group yet. One thing is for sure he had to get used to the new surrounding he now found himself in. StarLight's body had been through a lot to get here in the thick forest. His Paws and long haired fur coat were dirty all he needed at the minute was to find some water to drink as he was tired and thirsty.

Snowstar was just coming out of her den from a short rest when she spotted the black tom. She hesitated for a moment before approaching him. "You've returned to the territories then I see. It's been a long time since I have seen you anywhere around here." She stopped a few tail lengths away from him and waited for him to respond unsure if he would even want to talk. "You look like you could use some rest and maybe a trip to the medicine cat den. I can take you to Redleaf if you would like."

Flamepaw padded out of the apprentices' den. "That was an amazing nap!" she mewed. She then noticed the tom. He looked tired, hungry, and thirsty. She noticed Snowstar talking to him. "Hello," Flamepaw mewed shyly.

Nightwing comes in to greet starlight to thunderclan, "Welcome starlight!" he says with arms wide open happily.

Dawnpool sat up in her nest close to the entrence to the den, she had been made a warrior only three moons ago and had taken up a nest closer to the cold and the rain like all new warriors did and the senior warriors slept near the center of the circle of cats. she stretched out her legs in turn as mush as she could. she sat up and leaned down as she gently rasps her tongue along her flank and up her side and under belly. she heard cats talking outside of the den and she finshed her grooming quikly and padded swiftly from the warriors den and let her medium length russet and white colored fur flow around her well built lean muscles and padded up to the new comer she dipped her head respectfully to snowstar and looked to the black tom in front of her and said "Nice to meet you starlight," she turned to snowstar and asked "would you like me to take him to the medicine cats den I know you must be busy, I don't mind at all."

Sparrowflight bounded into the camp, three mice in mouth, as she returned from her hunting trip. She had only been made a warrior one moon ago, so she still held some of her apprentice-aged energy. After dropping the mice on the pile in the center of camp, she noticed someone she hadn't ever seen before. I wonder who that is? she thought, taking a slow breath to calm herself down a bit. Noticing many cats were surrounding the black tom, she simply picked up 2 of the mice she'd just caught and padded slowly over towards Medicine cat's den. Once she poked her head inside, she left one for the Medicine cat, and one for the newcomer before turning and sitting near the entrance to the Warrior's den. No need to crowd the newcomer -- she would meet him in her own time.

Flightfeather's padded out of the den, his olive eyes still fuzzy with sleep. He sat down outside of the den and yawned.
He had only arrived a moon ago, and was still having a rough time making friends. But it is hard for a solitary cat to feel like he belonged in a clan.
When his tummy growled, the large boy-cat stood up and began to look for some prey.

Sparrowflight felt her stomach growl in protest to her vigilant stance near the Medicine cat den, so she pushed herself up. She could meet the newcomer another day -- for now, she would eat. She padded towards the fresh kill pile in the center of camp, selecting something from the bottom to leave the newer catches for the others. Looking up with a vole in her jaws, she noticed Flightfeathers exiting the warrior's den and heading towards the pile as well. Knowing her small stomach, she probably wouldn't be able to eat the entire plump vole in her jaws, so she crossed in front of the pile and trotted up to him, tail held high.

"Good morning, Flightfeathers. Would you like to share this vole with me?" her ears twitched slightly, eyes glittering in the pale light of the morning. "I won't be able to eat it all -- we're lucky to have such plump prey this time of year, though."

MilkyPaw was locked in a deep sleep inside the den. She saw her apprentince ceremony, the day she would always remember. But then, just as everything went well, everything turned black and she was engulfed in flames. Frightened, she looked around for a way to escape, but there was none. All of a sudden she heard a low growl. She looked around but saw nothing. Then two large, piercing green eyes glowed as she made out the shape of a large Tom. Then she remembered.......it was the loner cat from long ago......he lashed out his large claws, and that's when Milkypaw woke up yowling. She lay on the ground, her heart pounding like a drum before she opened her frightened eyes to realize it was just a nightmare. Shocked, Milkypaw slowly got up, stumbled a little bit, and got to her feet. She looked around the den. Everything was fine. No fire. No loner cat. Just her clan. MilkyPaw sighed deeply with relief and began grooming her ruffled coat before heading out to see the other Thunderclan cats that had already woken up before her. She stretched her tense muscles and relaxed, then headed out the den.

Flamepaw twitched when she was awakened by Milkypaw. She followed the white apprentice outside. "Hi Milkypaw! What's wrong?" Flamepaw asked cheerfully but seriously. The ginger she-cat bent down and grabbed a rabbit in her jaws while she waited for Milkypaw's response.
