The forgotten island

We are people who were in a shipwreck. We have survived the wreck thanks to the island close to the wreck. We are stranded on the island. This island Is unknown. Nobody has ever seen or been to the island. Somehow we saw the island. This is the forgotten island.

Our duty is to die or survive. We must build a civilization for us to survive. No one can rescue us except our selves. Others think we are dead but hopefully we will show them that we can survive.

The island only contains:

Hana quieted for a moment when no one answered her whistles. She refused to believe that she was alone on the island, the only survivor to the shipwreck. Sliding gingerly off the rocks, she let Cosmo lead her into the shade of the trees. At least he was okay. Pausing to lean against the hard trunk of the palm tree, Hana whistled again, pitching the sound so it rang shrilly.

Ash woke up to the sound of whistling. Her head ached fiercely and the sound only made it worse. Sitting up and shoving a plank off her, she found Wren curled into her side, purring out of fear and shaking like a leaf. Picking up the cat, she stood slowly and staggered toward the whistling. "Helloo? Who's theree?" she croaked.

"I think I heard someone." Hana stopped her whistling and stared into the trees, wary. "Hello?" Cosmo wasn't growling, but his stance was stiff, ears pricked forward. A low whine rose from his throat, rough with the edge of a growl. She knew that sound. Cosmo made that odd noise whenever there was a cat nearby. A cat?

Ash blinked in surprise when Wren leaped from her arms, bounding toward two figures in the distance with her ears down and eyes wary.

Ashley followed as quickly as possible, wincing when she put pressure on her right foot. "Who are you?" she called, voice gravelly and weak.

Whitefire dashed into the jungle looking for food. Taki stayed behind.

Dawn started to gather some fire wood. She piled up the wood and surrounded it with rocks. " hopefully some might see our smoke and come to rescue us" she smiled and pulled out a stick and started to rub the sticks together. Smoke appeared and came fire. The sun began to set over the sea and the smoke rose high into the sky.

Ally sat beside the fire. She took off her shoes, warming her feet. She rubbed Hurri's head. "We'll get home soon. I promise," she whispered to the dog.

Whitefire can back with a baby boar. She dropped it by ally's feet.

Dawn was gathering big leaves. She gather enough leaves and came back. She had very thin but long grass. She pulled out a needle in her pocket. and started to sew the leaves together to make a leaf sleeping bag or blanket.

There was definitely someone nearby. Hana warily tracked the voice, stepped around tangled brush and almost tripping when she saw a cat running towards them. Cosmo perked up immediately but she grabbed his collar. "Stay. You hear me? Stay here." She left him by the oak tree and stepped forward, trying to get the cat closer by wiggling her fingers. "Here, kitty." Hana glanced around again as she heard the voice. It was closer, but she still couldn't see anyone. "My name's Hana. I was... shipwrecked," she called out, feeling kind of stupid for talking to the trees.

Ashley stumbled toward the voice. "I'm Ashley...I was a stowaway on the ship....I was in the wreck too." she answered, finally getting close enough to see the girl's face. Wren ran to her and laced around her legs, purring again. "My cat is dog-tolerant...and will probably be curious about your dog....will she be hurt if she goes near him?" she asked with a slight frown.

"You don't like cats?" Wren meowed to Cosmo, her green eyes still curious.

She finished the blankets. She started the cook the boar. "taki can you go find some berries?" she asked. Taki nodded and flew off.

"Wow... I wonder if anyone else got off the ship," Hana said. She went back for Cosmo, and grabbed his collar firmly before turning towards Ashley. "He's okay with cats. Depends on what kind of cat actually. Back at home, he was real friendly with my cousin's kitty, but hated the neighbor's. Cosmo gets over-excited with other pets all the time anyways, so I tend to keep a hand on him." She led him closer, keeping one eye on her dog for his reaction. He whined quietly, but didn't make any other sign of aggression.

Cosmo blinked and pulled on Hana's grip, his nose twitching as he sniffed the other girl. "Only some cats," he answered, ears angling towards Wren. His dark brown eyes stayed on Ashley though, as he continued his investigation. Pleased with his findings, he wagged his tail and his tongue lolled out of his jaws.

Ashley smiled and reached down slowly to pet Cosmo. "He looks sweet enough. I've always been more of a cat person though." she laughed.

Wren padded up to Cosmo, reaching up to sniff him carefully. "You were in the wreck too, I see." she mewed, licking a cut on his cheek gently. "You in any pain?"

Ally picked up the boar. "Thank you, White," she said, giving the dog a quick pat on the head. She ripped its leg off, a bit disturbed, and took a bite out of it. "Wow. I haven't had this kind of meat since I was back at home!" Ally exclaimed. She looked at Hurri. "You gotta learn to hunt like that!" she told her dog. This gave Hurricane an idea.

"Hey, Whitefire! Can you teach me to hunt animals?" Hurri asked his sister. Hurri was eager to not only impress his person, but catch a decent meal.

" Of course I can. Your may brother" She barked happily.

" Whitefire, fetch" she threw a leg and whitefire chased after it. She came back and dropped the leg and started to eat.

" want some?" Whitefire looked at her brothers then looked at the stars.

Hurri sniffed the leg. "Smells delicious. I'd love some!" he woofed. Hurricane took a huge bite. He wagged his tail. "Way better than that crap Ally feeds me!"

" You mean the rabbit pellets they feed us. Yuck! Dawn gives me most of her meat because she hardly eats meat but she still eats it. Also she just gives part of her dinner sometimes." She was full. She got up quickly and her ears pricked. She turned and growled at the bushes. Out of the bushes came an angry boar.
Dawn got up quickly. " Whitefire are you sure that that was the Boar we were eating was the boars baby" she starred at the boar picking up the spears she had made. " Want one" she held a spear to Ally while also grabbing her pocket knife.

Ally nervously grabbed the spear. She had always loved animals, but she wasn't really a fan of the ones that tried to kill her. She ran up to the boar. She jumped on its back and planted the spear into it. But that wasn't enough to kill it. She took the spear out and stabbed it again. She took the spear out again, but didn't stab it this time. She jumped off its back and fell to the ground. Ally picked herself up, but fell again. She was badly hurt.

Kade heard some noise coming from down the beach, so he went to investigate. He fell a few times, but still managed to reach a small campsite with a few girls hanging around it. "Hey baby, you're looking good today!" he commented to a girl with dirty blonde hair. "Better than that boar... AHHH! A BOAR!" Kade picked up a spear covered in blood and continually stabbed the boar until it was dead. "Well, thats better. And now you definatly look better than the boar." Kade winked. "Well, I guess since we're going to be on this island for a while..."

Whitefire growled then leaped at the boar. She was growling furiously at the boar as they battled. The boar ran away due to it's injuries. Blood covered whitefire's white pelt. " good girl. You need a bath" Dawn smiled.

Cosmo licked Ashley's hand, and Hana smiled. "If he likes you, then he'll be your friend forever. I can't say the same for the people he hates." She bent down and held out her hand to the cat, a curious look on her face. "What's your cat's name? She seems awful affectionate with you. Most cats are rather aloof, I think," she added.

"I'm okay," Cosmo said, lifting his chin. His cuts had stung from the salt water, but he'd found that licking them alleviated the stinging a lot. He bent his head and sniffed Wren, tail wagging as he nosed her side. "Did you swim when the ship sank? Did you get injured?"

((Umm I'm pretty sure I just said Kade killed the boar))

Ally picked herself up, now strong enough to stand. She looked at the dead boar then the boy who had flirted with her. (he was talking to Ally, right?) "Did you kill that?" Ally asked. But she didn't wait for an answer. "Looks like we've got a good meal tonight!"

Ashley grinned when Cosmo licked her hand. "What a sweet boy! Oh, and her name's Wren. I saved her from an abusive home and she's loved me ever since. She's pretty nice once she gets to know you. you can pet her if you like!"

Wren sniffed the girl's hand and nuzzled it, giving it a little lick. She seemed nice and Ash got along with her so she figured it was fine. "Yeah, I swam a bit. The current did most of the work...and I only have a few bruises and cuts...no big deal. I'm more scared for Ash since her ankle is injured." she said, nudging his shoulder softly in return.
