Mysterious Dreams

Hey everyone! This RP will be alot of fun!
A dark cat visits and brings bad ocurrances....ooooo
SETTING

Newleaf, very rainy and cloudy. Mostly dreary. Prey is plentiful but worries float around about overflow of water.
In one part of the RP it will storm really terribly bad like Hurricane Irene or something.



RULES

Dont be rude
You can fight when the big storm comes
Please dont say 'Oh no now a fire started' or anything that wont make sense with the weather

Ok here we go!


Rain pelted Gingerpaw on the head. She shook the droplets off and stood up, looking outside. The ground was already soaked and clouds covered the sky, looming like giant monsteres. Trees shook violently and Gingerpaw wondered if they would snap. Backing into the warmth of the den, she lay back down and began to wash herself. Suddenly a snap broke out and a tree wobbled then fell into the camp. Shreiks and squeals of running cats filled the camp, and Gingerpaw realized the tree was about to crush her.

Running to Dawnstorm, Gingerpaw shook her head no. Rain scent came from far away. We wont be able to stay in the camp! There is too much destruction! Thought Gingerpaw worridly. Where would they go? The ginger apprentice shook her pelt and went back to the task. "Can I carry any kits?" yelled Gingerpaw over the wind. Without an answer she took one on it's scruff and smiled at her mentor.

Dawnstorm smiled and nodded to her apprentice approvingly. She quickly let the kits on her back and scrambled away, hoping the others would appear by her side. She ran alongside her apprentice, who she saw had a kit flying from her jaws. Dawnstorm kept running and followed behind her clan. Birdflight, we need you to tell where were going! Dawnstorm thought urgently.

Sure enough, rain started to fall from the sky, drenching their pelts. The kits mewed, and Gingerpaw realized that kits weren't as tough as they were, and they would need to find shelter soon.

"Gingerpaw!" Dawnstorm managed as she sliced through the large sheets of rain, "Slow down a bit for Birdflight and them. Birdflight needs to show us where were going!"

She nodded, sheltering the kit with her body and warm fur. The apprentice was breathinbg hard.

Birdflight raced ahead, kits on her back and two were in her jaws. Her tail was wrapped protectively around the kits on her back and the two in her jaws were sheltered from the rain because of her head. As she passed Dawnstorm she yowled, "Were heading to the barn! Its the closest shelter!" She yowled her voice piercing through the storm. She raced ahead and squinted. The sky was dark and she could just barely see the silhouette of the barn. They were close to shelter.
(Are the barn cats like Barley or should we just make them up? )

Dawnstorm raced into the barn with the other WindClan cats. She placed her kits with there mothers and immediately attended to the clan. She snatched hay from the haybales and gingerly made mini nests for the queens and kits. Once she was done with that, she bundled up some hey and made some large areas with it to make the dens. She then took leftover buckets and pails and placed them on the medicine cat hay pile. (I got special permission from Dappleleaf to let me RP her because I just texted her) Dappleleaf gingerly put the herbs on the pails, and licked her sister thoughtfully. She then began organizing the herbs and such. Dawnstorm licked her apprentice sister back and nodded, and continued to help her clan. She then took another pail and placed it in the middle of the small camp. The fresh-kill pile. She moved a hay bale to the front of the barn as a high-rock. She took some extra moss from Dappleleaf and placed some on the hay dens. She took more buckets and supplies and divided the territories of the dens according to the WindClan camp den order. She purred in content and looked at her work. This would probably do for now.

As they entered the barn it was abandoned yet it was still warm and dry and they were safe from the storm. She placed the kits gently with their mothers along with Dawnstorm and went to hunt. She had already found three mice, which were searching for food in the barn. Birdflight carried the three mice and padded to the center of the barn to see the same den layout only much smaller and less like home. She had seen Dawnstorm making a nest out of hay but she thought it was for herself or the Queens, not for the entire clan. Birdflight dropped the three mice in the bucket of where the fresh kill pile should have been and she padded up to her sister. "Wow, nice job Dawnstorm! It looks great!" She mewed headbutting her playfully, a mischievous smirk on her muzzle.

Dawnstorm smiled at the deputy and her sister. "Thanks," she mewed, and headbutted her back. "Wanna go hunting now? Prey must be plentiful since the storm is scaring everyone," she added. She spotted a mouse scurrying next to her and stuck her paw on the sleek brown body, and curled her claws to dig into the flesh. She picked it up and dropped it into the bucket. She looked back at her sister, waiting for a reply.

Sagedapple was one of the last to join the others in the barn. She was still puzzled why Dawnstorm had shouted at her so earlier. Shaking her head, she wandered away to find Dappleleaf. Hopefully, the majority of the herbs would be safe. It had taken moons to build up the supply she had now. Or had before. With all the rain and the still-cold moor, coughing sicknesses were still possible. Sagedapple sighed and desperately hoped whitecough wouldn't return with vengeance and hit WindClan again.

Birdflight shrugged, "I guess, I just caught some prey but it definitely wouldn't hurt. Earlier I caught 3 mice, there's a large amount of prey hiding in this abandoned barn because of the storm and because its winter. In the future we should come and hunt here more often." She mewed looking around the barn for a place to begin hunting.

Dappleleaf padded over to her mentor. "Sagedapple!" she squealed. "I got some of the herbs; I didn't get much moss, but there's a moss cave not far from here I discovered one day," she added, mewing.
