Poem - A Life Of Depression

I was bored so I wrote a poem.

WARNING: Its pretty depressing And ends with death.


A Life Of Depression

I lived a life of depression
Thinking I was not meant to be born
But sometimes it’s just hard to stay strong
And face the troubles head on

I used to know this bunch of people
Who I now no longer call friends
They lived a life of happiness
And nearly made mine end

I hid in the shadows for the whole time
Pretended that their words didn’t hurt
Learned to accept life
And let my tears flow inwards

There was this day
I couldn’t take it anymore
Wrote a letter of goodbye
And left it by my home’s door

I drove down the streets I grew up with
And crashed into a tree
That was the very day
When I was finally free

Awwwwh, it's so sad! Made me cry at the third paragraph.
It's very detailed though

This is very well-written, especially for 5 minutes! I hope.. you're not actually depressed, though. Because I've noticed that I tend to write stories and they end up how I was feeling while I was writing it. Anyways, this is very good, Iceclaw! I love it. ;D
