"I'm...I'm so sorry to hear that." Ravenshadow mewed in surprise. "I didn't know." Feeling slightly sorry he padded closer to Featherfire. "I'll try to convince Bellawing to have us stay here if you want. That way all my kits can get to know their father. But I need you and Bellawing to stop fighting each other. I know you to don't like each other much, but you can at least try to get along. It hurts me to see and Bellawing being like this all the time."

"Hi, I'm Leopard. How many times will I have to say that?" the spotted cat meowed jokingly.

"Welcome to Rainbowclan, Leopard. I'm Dovewing," Dovewing said sweetly with a smile.

Darkfire surveyed the clearing. It was a mess but it didn't seem like anyone was seriously injured. He caught sight of Bellawing and her shoulder and hurried over. "Your shoulder gonna be okay?" he asked. He cocked his head as he gazed at Bellawing, his voice and eyes full of concern.

Silvermoon looked out at the clearing before ducking back into the nursery. "You kits can move around now," she told the kits.

Beekit, Ponykit, Darkkit, and Mousekit dashed from cat to cat, looking for their mother (s). Finally, after checking what was like every square inch of the clearing, dens, and everything else. Beekit and his littermates dashed to Darkfire, fright lighting their eyes." We can't find mommy! We can't find Springfall! She's GONE!" wailed Ponykit, frightend and mewling.

"I'll be fine, thanks," Bellawing looked embarassed, remembering when she had nuzzled him. She smiled shakily and followed Angelpaw to the Medicine Den.

Leopard rushed over to comfort the kits, who didn't object even though she was a stranger [because shes so fluffy! XD]. "This... Springfall, was she your mate?" she asked' turning to Darkfire.

Tempestsoul walked over to Leopard, her eyes cold, "Get away from our kits, rogue!"

"What she said," growled Darkfire. He took his kits and moved them away. "You can't find her?!" he asked in shock. "I-I have to go look for her," he said to no one in particular. He rushed out of camp, following the rogues trail.

Silvermoon saw Darkfire leave. "Wait! Darkfire!" she called after him but he didn't hear. She wanted to chase after him but.. she couldn't leave her kits. "Someone go after him!" she wailed.

Leopard backed away, eyes wide in surprise and fear. "I- I'm sorry... I was just trying to help your cats!" she squeaked uncertainly.

Dovewing turned to Leopard. "It's okay. But as a rogue you SHOULD know that cats are very territorial of their family," Dovewing said softly.

"I'll keep that in mind," she responded. "But as a loner, I never saw so many cats in a large group. I was actually thinking of joining you because I'm sure teamwork is far more efficient like in battle, but if you won't have me I guess that's alright too."

"No. You're welcome here of course. Beestar welcomes everyone. But it might take a few days for everyone to get used to you," Dovewing said smoothly and sympathetically.

Bellawing chased after Darkfire, "Wait! The kits need their father. I'll look for Springfall, kay?Your kits need you."

"Am I allowed to join as a... a full warrior? I'd love to help your Clan." Leopard tried to hide her sudden enthusiasm.

Tempestsoul narrowed her forest-green eyes, and curled her tail protectively around the kits. "Go ask Beestar," She said coldly.

"Which one is Beestar?" Leopard tentatively asked Tempestsoul.

Dovewing looked at Leopard sympathetically. Tempestsoul wasn't being so nice and she knew how it felt like to be a new cat joining the clan. "Beestar is somewhere here.. She might be in her den," Dovewing explained.

Darkfire stopped and turned around. "Bellawing?!" he said in surprise. "Go back to camp! You need to let your shoulder heal! I'll go look for her..," Darkfire exclaimed. He started pushing Bellawing towards the camp.

Silvermoon hurried out of the nursery to get Springfalls kits. They WERE her nices and nephews after all. "Come on. Come on. Your daddy will b back with your mommy," she said softly as she herded them back to the nursery.

Viper appeared next to Darkfire, "Where's Springfall?!"

Leopard padded toward what she assumed to be Beestar's den."Hello? Beestar?" she called softly

"Spirngfall?!" Viper screamed in worry, a tear starting to fall down his face.

"The rogues took her," snapped Darkfire looking at Viper. "Take Bellwing back to camp. I'm gonna go find her," he ordered. Without waiting for a reply he bounded off in the direction of the rogues.

Bellawing jumped in front of Darkfire, "Go comfort your kits! They're terrified!"

Darkfire stopped in his tracks. "But.. I have to go look for Springfall!" he exclaimed.

"Viper will," Bellawing calmed down. "But what will the kits think if their father and mother are gone?"

Darkfire started clawing the ground. "What do you think Springfall would want me to do?" he asked her, unsure.

"I think she'd want you to take care of the kits," Bellawing purred.
