A few moments later, Althea poked her head into the room. "Spirit and Estelle want to check Skye's lip wound," she glanced at Phantom disapprovingly, "but I can't find her anywhere."

~Should Althea and Silver have been good friends?~

Silver frowned. "Please send some cat to find her. She'll most likely be in the forest."

"Ah. That'll be harder then," Althea mewed. "Phantom: I suppose he has no injuries?" She asked Silver.

"He's fine. Skye didn't hurt him at all." Silver smiled.

"That's good I suppose," Althea replied. "All right, I'll Luna to search the east part. Pixie can search the west part. That okay?"

"Thank you, Althea." Silver smiled gratefully.

I am I to late to join? What is the role of an Assistant?

(You're not too late. I'm guessing assistants assist the royal cats (Shadow,Silver, Phantom, and Skye))

Althea sent Luna and Pixie off to search for Skye, and returned to her room, and began pacing back and forth. Phantom's open hostility to his father's decision concerned her. What had been Phantom thinking? Did he want rebellions to start?

And Assistants are kind of like apprentices only yes they mostly help the higher ranks~

Shadow came into the room his eyes troubled. "I heard your conversation with them. You were right. Their not ready. They might as well stay here in the castle if they choose to act like kits." Shadow growled unsheathing and sheathing his claws. His eyes were cold and he was greatly disappointed in both the Prince and Princess. "In fact they are both spoiled. Just because they are Prince and Princess they shouldnt be spoiled rotten!" Shadow snarled.

Silver nodded. "Skye...I'm worried about her. I think we should tell her about her past."

Shadow's eyes were wide. He narrowed his eyes in deep thought and nodded. "If its best for her, we will. What will we do about Phantom?" He asked Silver.

"I don't know...Phantom, go search for your sister. Once you see her again, tell her you're sorry. I'll have a punishment for you when you come back." Silver ordered her son.

Meanwhile, Sky climbed into her favorite willow tree in the heart of the forest and started sobbing.

Phantom narrowed his eyes. "Her past? You mean you haven't told her yet?" The fur along his spine bristled, making him look twice his usual size as he glowered at his parents. "I am not spoiled! And Father, I know that you favour Skye over me! You too Mother! When did anyone ever cared about me!"

He turned to Althea and his eyes softened a little (Phantom likes Althea! ). "Thanks for your concern." He drew himself to full height, his sleek fur shining in the light. He glared at his parents once more and leaped to the open window. "I'll make sure Skye comes back. But I won't say sorry."

He took a deep breath as he looked back. It was obvious that he was not welcomed here. All they cared about was Skye. Skye. Skye. Skye. His mewed in a soft voice. "Goodbye Mother. Goodbye Father. And everyone else. Don't expect me anymore. I won't be coming back."

He blinked back the tears in his eyes and disappeared out into the darkness.

Shadow snarled. I love them both the same! He thought narrowing his eyes. "Silver. Their punishment is to not fight against RiverClan. We will be fighting at moon high and we should be focusing on training." He got to his paws and sighed. "Wanna go for a walk in the courtyard, I could use some fresh air." Shadow offered to Silver his eyes softening.

Silver nodded, smiling at Shadow softly.

Skye saw Phantom and padded toward him. "Phantom? what're you doing here?" she asked, her voice cracking from her crying.

Normally, Phantom would have just snapped at his sister. He was jealous of her. All the love of their parents were just on her. His eyes were brimming with unshed tears and he turned away, to avoid Skye from seeing him. He let out a choked sob and collasped onto the ground. Why? Why Skye and not me? Why?

"P-phantom? what's wrong?" Skye asked, padding over to him. she sat down next to him. "I'm sorry."

Phantom closed his eyes before opening it to see Skye staring down at him. Tears were flowing down his cheeks as he got to his paws unsteadily.

"Skye," he whispered," M- m- mother and f- f- father wants you to go back. "

"Why're you crying?" Skye asked gently, ignoring what he said. She wiped his tears away with her tail.

Phantom gazed at his sister. "Mother and Father wants you to go back. Nobody wants me. They don't love me at all," he mewed, finally getting the truth out. The rejection was too great. All the happiness and joy he used to have were gone...

Shadow strolled through the gardens. Memories of being a kit brought him so much happiness and sadness all in one. Did he like the feeling of the memories? He really didnt know. "They should be back by now." Shadow whispered worriedly. "Whats keeping them so long?" He mewed looking around.

Skye shook her head. "That's not true. I love you, Phantom. You are my brother and as much as it doesn't seem like it, you're my best friend in the whole world." she mewed honestly.

Silver padded beside Shadow, looking at the forest worriedly.

"NO!" This time Phantom stood before her bristling fiercely. "Don't lie to me! They love you always! You've always been treating me like dung!" He let out a loud sob and disappeared into the trees. Away... away from everyone... where I can be on my own...

(hehehe, RiverClan time!)

Ferneyes yowled in surprise as she knocked into Phantom. "Sorry." she mewed in her soft voice.

That gave Skye time to catch up. "Phantom, I was being honest!" she yowled.
