Gingerlion and Flightfeathers

Quietly, Gingerlion padded out of WindClan. She was sneaking out to see Flightfeathers again. The warrior crawled under a bush; a patrol was coming. Waiting till they left, Gingerlion sneaked out and sprinted over the moorland, into the clearing where Fourtrees was.

Flightfeathers crawled out of the bushes as soon as he saw his mate.
"Hi my love..." he purred, nuzzling her smaller frame, and he licked
her ear affectionately. He smiled (can cat's do that?) err...grinned
at her, affection glowing in his bizarre amber tinted green eyes,
and he sat down in front of the she-cat, wrapping his thick tail
around his large paws, and looking at his mate again.

Nuzzling him back, Gingerlion twined her tail with his. "How are you?" she purred, touching her nose with his. She fluffed her fur, then shook off dirt and pebbles.

"Great, it's a hard leaf-bare, but we're doing well." he purred, looking happily
at his mate, and grinning again. He shuffled over so he could sit beside his
mate, and looked up at the pretty night starz, watching his breath billow up
in the cold night air, and he pressed his pelt against his mates, hoping she
wasn't cold and that his thicker pelt would warm her thinner pelt up.
"How's viper and her kits?" He asked about his sister, remembering
his clumsy crazy sister fondly.
"How are you?" He asked before she could answer, looking at her happily.

Gingerlion nodded. "She's doing well. Her kits are healthy. And i'm good, thank you." she smiled, and pressed closer to Flightfeathers lovingly, warmer inside and out. "What's MoonClan like?" Gingerlion wondered. She's never been to MoonClan, or ShadowClan, AwesomeClan, or RiverClan, for that matter. "WindClan is.... Windy. It's very cozy though." purred the she-cat.
