Should brambleclaw take squirrelflight back as a mate?

Brambleclaw shouldn't have reacted so harshly to Squirrelflight...... all she did was lie one lie.

Squirrelflight should have included Brambleclaw in the secret. I chose No, Squirrelflight is a loser, It was her fault and If Brambleclaw really loved her, he would take her back.

Yeah. Squirrelflight is so bad. Brambleclaw would've kept it a secret like Thrushpelt did for Bluestar.

As a romantic-at-heart I really feel they should come back together eventually(consider all the things they went through). But at the same time I can understand how hard that's going to be. Brambleclaw feels betrayed by Squirrelflight not being honest with him from the start (now that I think of it, their relationship was kind of unstable at times). While Squirrelflight perhaps was only trying to protect him ("She cares too much").

Right! I can imagine what's going on through Brambleclaw's mind because he probably went through a lot of pain, even if he didn't exactly show it. Maybe somehow Squirrelflight shows how much she cared for him? Maybe Squirrelflight nearly dies or is captured and Brambleclaw realizes..? There's a good story

I like that idea that would be a very good part of the book.

I'm sure that's true. Squirrelflight was just plain ignorant. But why bother with mates? The Clan is more important

Shuriken- I don't really see Squirrelflight as being 'ignorant', rather simply making the wrong decision (not telling the truth to Brambleclaw). And true while the clan is important, but since the love (if it ever comes back) between Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight does not contradict with the Clan codes (unlike a certain someone's sister), I don't see how that should be a problem.
