Angels in our midst RP

Many decades ago, Angels came to earth and began to sire children with mortals. These children had unique powers. These children had powers. Powerful as they were, some revolted against humanity. The other Half-Angels fought against them. All the Half-Breeds perished. The angels vowed never to have children on earth again. Now, that vow has been broken. The angels have come again, and these children are even strongerthan the first. They live in two cities, Daralos is the evil angels city, while Solar is the good city there are three types:

Lightning: These are very rare. They can make lightning. These are the most powerful.
Fire: These are less rare, but still uncommon. These produce fire. They are slightly weaker than the lightning.
Ice: These are the most common. They produce Ice.

Appearance: Yuuki has spiky jet-black hair that’s usually tied up in a ponytail, and slit-like eyes. She has prominent canine teeth and slightly pointed ears, with a black fur-tufted tail, and large, shadowy wings that she keeps tucked in close to her. She usually wears a navy-colored hoodie, with a t-shirt and blue jeans. Yuuki also wears a utility belt around her waist, which is complete with a grappling hook, a few mini-grenades, a walkie-talkie, and her sai.

Personality: She's a quick thinker and an instinctive person. At times she trusts others too quickly, and that may be a disadvantage, yet she can still handle dangerous situations very well, despite their often unfavorable conditions. She has a sarcastic and smart sense of humor, and a laid-back demeanor, and can also be very strong-minded and equally stubborn, and loves to go on adventures.

Can I make up a really rare type of angel halfbreed called Moon Type? It'd be a powerful type that could control moonlight, heal, and emit a silver glow as well as be an excellent hunter (AKA be like a daughter of Artemis)

Moon type... sure, they are a little rarer than the lightning type.

Wings: White owl wings threaded with silver and gold, five pitch-black and red secondary feathers per wing.
Personality: Mysterious, brave, sneaky, clever, quick thinker, incredibly intelligent, stealthy, sassy at times but only once you get to know her, shy with other people, animal lover, vegetarian that eats fish

Other: Left Solar City as a child and has been on her own ever since. She left because she hated her family for wanting her to be a proper girl (wear dresses, carry makeup everywhere, speak softly, etc.). She was 10 at the time.

Ray paced in front of his throne, thinking.We need a stragity.If we don't come up with something, we will lose this war.

Yuuki walked into the throne room lashing her tail that she had kept hidden for so long. "Ray. Ive got a confession to make. Don't kill me for this." She took a deep breath. "I'm half-demon and half-angel. My mother is an angel, and my father is the Demon King Satan. But I swear, I wont cause our side any harm."

Side: Works for evil but is personally more neutral on the matter and would support the Solar King if he had the chance.

Appearance:Tall and scrawny with pale skin, gray eyes and brown hair. always wears a gray tunic trimmed with black and faded jeans. Also wears a black shoulder cape with gold trim made from a resilient silk-like material over his left shoulder as well as black leather bracers on each arm.
Wings: Pure black metallic crow wings, with nearly razor-sharp feathers fitted together so as to not scratch each other.
Personality: Easygoing and calm, though not entirely fond and always suspicious of his comrades and superiors. He is a good strategist and leader and an excellent warrior for an ice type but hasn't gone any higher than captain due to his softer sentiment towards humans.
Weapon of choice: Dual sabers, and a dagger. His wings can also be used as weapons when necessary.
Weapon appearance: Twin steel sabers, his left-hand saber has a white gold hilt while his right-hand saber has a black iron hilt. Both are kept in identical silver sheathes that hang from either side of Null's belt. His dagger is plain and he keeps it in a sheath on his left upper arm, usually hidden by his shoulder cape.
Other: Null doesn't really want to fight for the city of Daralos, he only ever arrived there by coincidence, but he knows better than to openly cross the Lunar King. He has too much pride to let his enemies defeat him in battle, though he doesn't entirely support what he's fighting for. May occasionally leak info to the Solar King under the pseudonym "Crow" when he can be certain the Lunar King won't find out. When he fights Null usually only uses his right-hand saber, only drawing his left-hand one if the fight gets tough and only using his wings as weapons if he thinks its necessary.

"What?" Ray said. "You're a what? And you haven't told me till now?"

Can Diana be Ray's long-lost half-sister? Please?

Ray breathed in then let it out. He started pacing again. "I reserve my judgement. We have more pressing matters. Come here." He said, and led her to a table with a map on it. It had two cities, surrounded by a great river. He pointed at the one in the south."This is us." He then pointed in the middle where a wider space was than the rest." This is where we make a camp. This is the widest spot of where we can go. I want you to lead to squads of 200 each over and build one. I entrust that you with that job.

Yuuki saluted. "Aye, sir," she nodded, and wlked out of the room, her tail lashing. Collecting sqauds of 200, she led them to the site where Ray wanted whatever it was built. "Alright! You have your orders!" she shouted. "Start working! It'll be hazing if I don't help, so I'll help along side with you, so you'd better not be slacking off, or all of you will do 200 push ups! We need this job done!"

Ray nodded as she went out, then went back to pacing.

Null walked down the steps from the Lunar Castle in an irritated mood. Just a few days prior he had leaked information to the Solar King the the plains that were right in the middle of the opposing cities was unguarded, and now the Lunar King has ordered him to go and secure the very position he had said was vulnerable. On the one hand he hated that he'd personally have to fight the same forces he wants to win, but he wasn't foolish enough to try and betray his king. Null just hoped the Solar King hadn't already acted on that intel from "Crow", because he wasn't going to hold back just because he disagreed with his orders. Gathering his forces together Null gave them his own orders. "We're to advance on the plains as a group, but we will not enter them. I want our scouts to give me a detailed report before we make our move. If the enemy is there do not attack unless they strike first. If you disobey this order I will personally make sure it doesn't happen again. Now move!" Null said to his forces. He personally took the lead position of the main force as his scouts went on ahead, hopefully the enemy wasn't already there because that would surely complicate things.

Ray stopped pacing and looked up."What do I do?" He said. He wasn't sure if Crow worked for him or for his enemy. He had acrted rashly. He started pacing again. Then a light bulb went off in his head and he hurried out the door. He walked along the street toward the main gate, then took to the air. He flew to the plain and saw that they were building fairly quickly. He flew down and landed beside Yuuki. "How is it coming?" He asked.
