Demon in Your Eyes

So my friend from school decided to start her own manga (The Japanese versions of comic books) called Demon in Your Eyes, and I decided to turn it into a rp because it sounded really cool. I'm actually a part of her manga, which I was super happy about ^^ But anyways, hope you enjoy!

Basically, the plot is that there are these demons that go into different species' eyes and take them over, which turn them into GIANT creatures that go around eating everything in sight. It's up to the species to stop them and save the world DUN DUN DUN!!!!


Species:
Flyerborn - this species have strong and powerful wings, with raptor-like vision, and sharp talon-like hands. They're the fastest fliers, and are a blur when they attack.

Animus - this group has animal-like characteristics besides birds and snakes, and all mythical animals are also included, so for example, they could have dragon fangs, dragon wings, dragon claws, a dragon tail, etc. They don't have all the abilities of that animal, so ex: They wouldn't have the fire breath of a dragon's.

British Fang - these creatures have snake-like characteristics, so they have long fangs full of dangerous venom, and they have slit-like snake pupils. Their senses are also magnified to a significant amount, giving them the best sense of smell, taste, sight, and hearing (I think you get it) of all the species.

Demons - There are many types of demons. Some can be good, and some can be bad, like the ones that crawl into your eye and possess you. Demons take on various shapes and sizes, and all have some type of tail. Most have slit-like eyes, pointed teeth, horns or spikes, claws, and some even have wings.

Species: Animus, part Demon. Her mom was an Animus, her dad was a demon
Appearance: Yuuki has spiky jet-black hair that’s usually tied up in a ponytail, and slit-like red eyes. She has a few physical traits that hint her Demonic half, such as prominent canine teeth and slightly pointed ears, with a black fur-tufted tail, and large, shadowy wings that she keeps tucked in close to her. She usually wears a navy-colored hoodie, with a t-shirt and blue jeans. Yuuki also wears a utility belt around her waist, which is complete with a grappling hook, a few mini-grenades, a walkie-talkie, and her sai.
In her demon form, she has black flames flickering all around her, mainly the tip of her tail, and she grows two horns that point backwards. She maintains everything else, though.
Personality: She's a quick thinker and an instinctive person. At times she trusts others too quickly, and that may be a disadvantage, yet she can still handle dangerous situations very well, despite their often unfavorable conditions. She has a sarcastic and smart sense of humor, and a laid-back demeanor, and can also be very strong-minded and equally stubborn, and loves to go on adventures. She's clever, cunning, and resourceful, easily angered and proud of her species, even though she doesn't like to attract too much attention to herself. Sure, she's impulsive, but would not be the first to rush into battle.
Strengths: She's developed her own unique combat skills, having been training by herself for many years. She also possesses great acrobatic skills, alongside astonishingly lightning fast reflexes and agility.

A HUGE Animus angel quickly killed Obsidian. Athena shrieked and backed into the apple tree. She scrambled up the tree and curled around a branch, quaking and whimpering. She curled her wings around her body and clutched the branch.

Ray saw a demon climb the tree and flew up till he was in front of it."Going somewhere?" He asked, leveling his sword.

Athena screamed and trembled, clutching the branch. 'Is this the end?' She thought 'I don't want to die I don't want to I don't want to!' But it was too late, and the giant angel severed the branch. She fell out of the apple tree, cursing her history and thinking about how much she hated apples.

Ray grabbed her hair as she fell. He held her head near his. "Who are you? Why did you attack us?" He asked.

Markus walked over to Ray and the demon with his fists raised. He growled at Athena (but he doesn't know her name though or that would be silly haha), but he didn't try to attack her. If she tried anything, he wouldn't hesitate. His tail lashed and his cat-like teeth were bared menacingly.

Yuuki raised her eyebrows at the demon in front of her. "A demon?" she blined. "What're you doing here? I order you to tell me, please. Did my father Satan send you, or did you come on your own free will?" The black flames diminished around her, and she crossed her arms.

Jet flew over. "Ill deal with THAT statement later. Violet! You know the rules! NO using your powers for harm! you know thats wrong." He turned around and looked at Yukki. "Your dad is Satan?!

Athena whimpered, and refused to look any of the angels in the eyes. She gave a weak cry and shrank away from the big angry cat demon, but was smart and didn't struggle. "I-I'm Athena." She whispered nervously. She felt a surge of confidence, which was rare, and flapped her wings a few times. "If you would kindly back off, Marcus the Animus, I would feel much more obligation to speak." The angel looked surprised, but stepped back. Athena flapped her wings a few more times, but the grip on her hair tightened, and she went back to being scared. She whimpered again and mumbled, very quietly "I was forced to come. Princess Yukki's father made me as a punishment." She whimpered again and started to cry.

wait? oh sorry I have a pet demon. I think hes gotten shape shifting powers.

Markus sighed and lowered his fists. "A punishment? For what?" he asked. Maybe she's not a bad demon, he wondered. I'd have never imagined a demon to be scared... Funny.

Hey Markus I heard violet talking about some friend who finally understands her. I think i know where she is

Yuuki stared at Athena. "My father made you as punishment!? Now that gives me even more reasons to hate him! That stupid jerk of a father." She turned to Jet. "And, yes Jet. My dad is Satan. King of the Demons. But he's stupid. I don't and will never treat him like he's my father. Not after he left me and mom alone ..."

Well Im getting my pet back and Im gonna punch him in the face. Care to join?

"I got punished for fafing nangfles nernd thad." She mumbled the end. Her mumbles translated into: "I got punished for saying angels weren't bad", but she wasn't openly admitting that, was she? She glared for a moment at 'Marcus'. "It is not funny that I'm timid, and I am not scared!" She said indignantly. "How would you feel if you were cornered, weaponless, by angry demons that were 10 times your size, holding you by the hair!?" She was beginning to dislike this Marcus guy.

"...I get the feeling you can read minds." Jet said.

"I'm always weaponless," Markus responded smugly. "Unless you declaw me, which sure isn't gonna happen." He walked off and sat on the other side of the tree so he wouldn't be pestered by anyone. He wasn't in the mood for it.

Yuuki just sighed at the bickering. "Anyways, Athena," she said. "You're right. Angels aren't all that bad. Except for a few, who tried to kill me on sight ..." she winced. "It wasn't pretty." She held out a hand. "Come on. How about you our side? I have a feeling a huge war is going to come. And this land is going to be bathed in blood."

Ray letgo of the demon's hair. He looked over at Jet and laughed."You think you can just walk up to Satan and punch him? Do you WANT to die?" He turned back to Athena and added, " What did you do to get punished?"

"Yes and no." Jet took out 2 duel katanas with purple and gold hilts. "Anyone care to join?"

Jet sighed. "Looks like its just us guys." Jet then paused reconsidering what had just been said. (a.k.a skrolled up and down and looked at the post.) Jet was suddenly curled up on the floor "...the pain a javelin...through my chest. Violet is it...? Help.." Jet was suddenly upright and said "Hey Im part animus!"

Ray shook his head and said, "Wow, you're not very bright."

"Screw the rules, I'm a cat with swords!" Jet feather said revealing a tail, claws, and cat eyes then dashing off in the wrong direction.
