Description ; Pinewhisker looks like a shadow, a furry one at that. Her fur is heavy, thick, and long with a dry, straw-like texture. It is colored smokey black. Her muzzle, chest, belly, and paws are all pitch black. She is a heavy-set cat with thick legs and broad shoulders. Her tail is short and stiff, covered in draping fur. Her paws are square and large. She has almond eyes, round and dark amber.
Personality ; Pinewhisker is a serious cat. She hates goofing off and jokes. She enjoys the quiet, but too much will drive her crazy. It annoys her greatly when things are uncomfortable, stuffy, or crammed. Her favorite past time is sun-soaking. She has a strange like for fish eggs. Most cats would think of her as grumpy or gruff.
Special Traits ; One particular thing Pinewhisker is good at is stealing bird eggs. Somehow, she can sneak into the reeds and take their eggs, enduring the pecks and perhaps making a meal out of the birds.
Weakness ; Pinewhisker has two main weaknesses. One is that she cannot fit though many tight spaces. Her stocky build does not allow that. The second is that she is not a very good swimmer. She can paddle and keep her head, and enjoys doing it, but cannot swim as strongly as others.
Family ; Pinewhisker's family was rather large. Her parents, ____ and ____, had eight kittens. Five of those kittens never made it too the next day. The others just seemed to wither away before their fifth moon, except Pinekit, of course, and her brother Sprucekit. Unfortunately, when they were nine moons old, they went into battle and Sprucepaw lost his life, leaving Pinepaw alone with her mother. Her father had died of greencough back when she was a kitten.
