It comes and goes...

A group of gifted children represent an element each. Together they are the Elements of Faith. As a new threat becomes obvious each passing day, the elements prepare for the worst. Suddenly a mark of their special talent appears on their wrists (I'll say when it happens). Does it have something to do with the danger? Is it a sign? Will they disappear? Lets find out.

History: Misty grew up in a tiny rural town in England, near London, surrounded by water. She played there every day until her parents made her return to her schoolings. She has a rivalry going with a boy, Adam, who recently somehow fell into a dirt pit. She lives with her mother, father, sister, dog, cat, horse, a recently acquired falcon, and about 5 smooth snakes. (Her parents made all the animals but the cat live outside.)
Looks: Blonde with blue streaks in her hair, bright, intimidating ocean blue eyes, very small frame, lithe, strong, pale, and very sharp teeth. She wears a plain brown tank-top, denim shorts, and brown knee-high boots , with her hair pulled back in a bun. Only when forced to will she wear a dress, and in the winter, she wears a fur coat and boot-cut or skinny jeans with a gray shirt underneath and Ugg-like boots.

History: She was an orphan since she was 2, she grew up around bad influences and didn't have the best education. But she is still pretty bright.

History: Lived on a small continent with a famous volcano. One day he was driven to explore the volcano with his friend Cellsus. He and Cellsus found a door and explored ancient ruins. They took a precious gem in the shape of the sun and unknowingly caused the eruption of the volcano, which destroyed their village. He woke up stranded and alone.
Looks: One piece light brown hairstyle, wears a green shirt, light white fabric pants, and brown leather boots

Rose paced around her room, causing loud footsteps to echo off the stone walls.
"They might hear me..." she muttered and locked her door closed.
The other teenagers lived down the hall. Rose wasn't always open to them. She never left her room unless something bad was happening.
The short female sat down on her ragged bed. She got into a meditation stance and closed her eyes.
"May the grounds rise from the bottom and come to the top..." she sang.
She heard a small rumble from the front of the building and then eight rocks teleported to her.
"Let dawns light shed upon the stars..." Rose continued.
The sun started to rise.
"Let the air come to me and fill me..." she ended.
But she sang it wrong. Elements such as fire, water, air, and rock started to swirl around her. Rose felt a burning feeling and she started wailing.
"Help me!!"

Meanwhile, Valik awakened at the ocean shore. He coughed out the salt water in his lungs. He was drenched and cold. He stood up and looked around at where he was at. "Where am I?" He said as he looked around at the buildings in the distance. His body was sore from the waves. He found it rather hard to walk. I gripped at the waist where his sword is suppose to be. "My blade!? It's gone!" He ran into the sea in hopes he will see it out there. His face was full of worry. Then he noticed a glimmering beneath him. He bent down and picked up his sword, accidentally cutting his hand. "Ow!" He was more relieved than worried about the small cut that stung from the salt water. He let out a sigh of relief. He turned back to the city and noticed one of the houses was emitting a colorful aurora. He began to walk towards the direction, feeling curious as to what it could be.

The elements created a wisp, watery substance that felt rather soothing. Rose relaxed her tensed shoulders almost at once.
The substance rose higher until it reached the ceiling. It spun faster.
The substance started glowing and a blinding light shone in many directions.
"Ah!!!" Rose screamed.

By now Valik stood outside the house. He opened the door and began heading up the stairs. He could hear loud sounds coming from one of the rooms. The door was locked. "Well, I already broke an entrance." Valik said to himself softly. He barged through the door and saw a magical substance surrounding a girl. He got his blade ready in case any of it tried to attack him. He closed his eyes and put his hand out, palm faced towards the girl, and a burst of wind pushed the magic away.

The light faded and the substance started to grow into a large ball. It burst one last time and a blinding light filled the room once more. It faded and the substance had gone. But it left something behind. A necklace with symbols on it formed around Rose's neck and she collapsed onto the floor.

Valik ran to the girl on the ground. "Are you alright?" He said a little worried. He knelled on the ground and was observing her for any obvious injuries.

Ray raced into Rose's room. Seeing what happened, he raced to their side. "Rose? Can you hear me?" Then he turned to Valik. "Who are you?"

Valik looked at Ray with an expressionless face. "I'm Valik." He said calmly. He turned back to Rose, but continued to talk. "I washed up ashore on the beach, and I noticed one of the houses in this town was illuminating various colors." He picked up Rose and placed her on the bed gently. "You're lucky that I came when I did....Who knows what would have happened." Valik turned back to Ray and gave him a nod before he began to walk away.

Rose twitch and her eyes opened rather slowly.
"V-Valik...?" she moaned.
Her red hair had turned dull and the symbols shined. It was as if the light from her hair drained to the necklace.
"Thank you for coming. I hope we can meet again sometime." Rose smiled. "To uh-discus the...uh...things that happened...heh." she finished awkwardly with a blush.

As Rose said his name he stopped and looked over at her. Surprised that she is awake and knew his name. As she finished her sentence he looked over at Ray and back at Rose. He gave a small one sided grin and gave a nod.

Ray walked up to Valik. "My name is Ray. Hope we meet again." He said, then walked over to Rose and bent down. "You okay? What happened?"

Valik glanced over at the two before he made his leave. As he exited the house, he began to look around at the town. What exactly is this place? Valik thought as he walked. His mind spun at the sight of streetlights and roads. All I remember was the eruption and....my village. Valik, hurt, looked down at the ground. As he continued his exploration, he found an inn and opened the door. Valik approached the Innkeeper and before he could say a word, the innkeeper became ecstatic. "A customer!? Welcome to Rosemund's Inn!" The Innkeeper said. "Can I interest you in our king sized room!? Or how about our couples suite!?" Valik looked confused. "Don't have a lady huh? Well how about our luxury room package!? Comes with a massage and free breakfast!" Valik looked at the guy with a bewildered look in his face. "No thanks. A regular room will be fine." Valik said. The Innkeeper looked disappointed but continued with the transaction. "Alright then your total is 50 dollars." Valik was confused again. Dollars? Valik pulled out some strange looking leaves from his pocket and handed to the man. The Innkeeper began to look bewildered himself. "What the heck is this!? Look kid if you don't have the money I can't give you a room." Valik looked at the man and spoke calmly. "Where I come from our currency is called leafa." The Innkeeper refused Valik's offer and escorted him out of the building. Valik, confused, began to walk over to the bridge and gazed at the water. Where am I?

Rose blinked at sat up a bit.
"I was practicing my magic and everything had gone wrong. I couldn't control it and there was an explosion. Now this is on my neck." she explained.
The young girl held up her necklace as she spoke. Rose looked at Ray and say something had formed around his neck. It was hidden by his shirt so she gently took the necklace into her hand. The one Ray wore was exactly like hers. She stared into the necklace, visioning Valik and the other kids wearing the same one.
"Where did you get this?" she asked in shock.

Valik leaned against the bridge rail. The wind flew through his hair and the feeling of chills ran down his spine. I have to find out if any survived that eruption. Then Valik began fighting back tears. Cellsus, Drull, Schmitty, Mom

Rose didn't wait for an answer she clenched it in her fists tightly and began speaking out he words of the message spell. This spell would send a telepathic message to Valik.
"And now I shall let the human by the name of Valik hear my message. To you, my new friend, I must ask you something. Has a necklace of rope and metal formed around your neck? If one has return to my location as soon as possible." she said.
The message delivered.
