The full moon rose and danger began to lurk in the woods. Prey left there homes and predators hunted. Paws stepped silently and wings never fluttered in the night. Eyes shine in bushes. Predators become prey and prey becomes a predator. Long paws close there windows and doors. Wolves run from long paws and death is brought to the pack.

We are a pack of rare wolves. Long paws hunt us. We are the last pack that survived the wrath of the long paws. We wanna run free and not become and long paws coat of scarf. Normal wolves despise us and also try to kill us. We have different ablities than others. We stick together till the end. We are blood pack. Our abilities help us survive even if we die.

"Fix it? Why there's not much to do anymore." She said with a flick of her tail. "Unless you want to gawk at those pups that were born not long ago." She said leaving the den.

Nouri slipped out after her leisurely. "Nah, I don't like them....too loud and demanding. I was thinking something more like going on a walk by the river." he smirked again.

Gaia appreciated Miststar trying to help, but the more she tried to twist and turn and wriggle her way out, the more stuck she seemed to get. Simply out of frustration, she jerked forward, giving a savage yank on the thorns. Her right foreleg pulled free, leaving several tufts of sleek white fur behind on the brambles. The stinging pain of the violent movement brought tears to her eyes. "Ugh." I'm not sure I want to do that again. Gaia bent her head and began trying to cut the thorns away with her teeth.

Ricky ate them slowly. He was weaker than Mike and he knew it. His eyes were half open and Mike's were open. Ricky felt sick still.

Rochester watched Ricky's every move. It was the same way he acted when he had long paw. "Winter, he has long paw. I can tell. That is how I acted when I had long paw." Rochester said in horror.

Winter gasped in horror when she realized Rochester was right. "I-I'm gonna need all the help I can get," she stammered. "Go get help, Rochester. Naomi, you keep licking Ricky. He's gonna be okay." Hopefully.

Rochester ran p to one of his best friends, Mistystar."Mistystar! Our new pup Ricky has long paw! You gotta help us!" Rochester panted.

Naomi liked Ricky's little body very fast. Did my poison get him? Naomi thought.

Mike just watched as his brother suffered. He started crying. He wanted his brother to live.

Miststar quickly ran over to the pond and grabbed water. The water was floating by her side. " keep the pup alive" she shouted. She got to the pup and splashed the water on it. " Does anyone know where Winter is" she worried then blasted off. She howled for Winter.

~Guys, I thought long paw was what humans were called and is not a sickness~

~I was confused about that too, so maybe we should call it white/green cough


Winter heard Miststar howling for her. She rushed over. "Is Ricky still alive?" she asked worriedly. Winter silently preyed to wolf heaven (I don't know what the wolf heaven would be called ) that Ricky would live. She didn't want her first delivered pups to die, even though Mike was still looking good.

~wut...? And scar is my other character accepted?~

"Cyrus!" Cosmic exclaimed. She looked around. "... Where's Gaia?" Hearing rustling somewhere ahead, she bounded further into the woods until she saw the distant silhouette of Miststar helping Gaia out of a bust. Spotting tufts of fur on nearby thorns, she grimaced. "You okay?" she called, sending an illusion of comfort to her friend.

~can Curlie be Gaia's apprentice?~

( Yep she's accepted. Instead of wolf heaven they are called the sky dogs.)

" Yes he is still alive. Winter I really don't want another pup to die. We need this pup to become a warrior" she barked.

~Sure Noxe.~

Gaia looked up and saw Cosmic running over. Thank god, she thought, relieved. "I don't know," the white wolf answered out loud, and gave an experimental tug on her right foreleg. "I'm caught pretty tight."

Miststar climbed up to the highest peak of the sun rock. She looked around and saw nothing but longpaw destruction. Monsters were chopping down trees but they weren't close to the camp pretty far actually. She smelled the air.

Cyrus followed Cosmic to see Gaia caught in the brush. Stepping forward, he pressed his nose to them and they turned to ice. He then brushed them away, the ice brush breaking away in his touch. "That looked painful. Are you bleeding anywhere?" he sniffed her gently, golden eyes filled with worry.

~haha does cyrus like Gaia?~

"Don't struggle. I'll relieve your pain." Cosmic created a cushioning sense for the foreleg caught in the thorns and began to pull at the vine with her teeth. "Cyrus? It's not budging. Can you..." She motioned for him to help.

Curlie skidded to a stop as the fawn sank, exhausted, and tore at its neck. Grabbing it with difficulty, he began to clumsily tow it back to the camp. Suddenly smelling other wolves, he dropped the fawn and trotted toward the scent, ears shrinking, fur elongating as he changed back from his hunting form. Seeing his mentor caught in the bush. he yowled and leapt forward. "Gaia!"

Cosmic spun. "Stand back," she growled through the branch. "Go find your brother. He should be coming."

Curlie nodded and raced toward the edge of the forest. "Lanon! Come quick!"

"It was more frustrating than painful," Gaia breathed, and pulled her back legs free by forcibly smashing the frozen vines. Those were thin enough, but the one trapping her foreleg was thick and knotted. "Good grief, I'm a mess," she muttered, turning her head to crush the other thorns with her teeth. Most of the brambles ensnaring the fur on her back were gone now, but there was still that one annoying one weaving around her leg. "Careful of the thorns.."

Lanon could hear his brother calling him. He ran towards Curlie and shouted, "Curlie! Whats wrong!" Soon, he was able to see Gaia where she was stuck, and the other wolves trying to help her. Once he reached the others he said, "Is there anything I can do to help?"

Winter glanced over at Miststar. "Please go get more help! Ricky has to survive!" she woofed. She looked down at Ricky's little body. He was shivering. He looked horrified. Winter closed her eyes. Sky Dogs, please don't have Ricky join you today. He's just a pup who deserves to survive, she thought.

(yeahh. And Nouri likes Cosmic...a coincidence?...maybe.)

Cyrus pawed at the last pesky part and it crumbled, melting into nothing but water. "Stupid brush...I remember I almost gave Nouri frostbite once trying to get him out of it. I wouldn't let him burn it because it'd stink." he chuckled. Looking at Curly and Lanon, he grinned. "Hey, guys!" sniffing the air, his grin grew. "Is that freshly caught fawn I smell? Nice catch."

Cosmic sighed. "Thanks Cyrus." She saw Curlie and Lanon and nodded to them. "We better get back..."

Curlie nodded to Cyrus. "Yeah, but I left it over there." He jerked his head in the direction he had come from. "And Gaia... what are the Longpaws doing with our forest?" His voice trembled slightly with a mix of fear and anger.

Cosmic snarled. "Longpaws... Miststar, if you didn't see, there were groups of Longpaws with their tooth-monsters slicing down our forest. We have to do something about this..."

Miststar ran off for help.

MistStar kept on thinking about rocky. She really didn't want another pup to die. She started to howl for help.
