Who should Sunningrocks belong to?

Most of us know that Thunderclan and Riverclan kept fighting over Sunning rocks in the books, but who do you think they should belong to?

I say Thunderclan be cause I LOVE Thunderclan! Haha, but I say Thunderclan because its like part of the forest in a way and well, it just seems right. Then again, it might really belong to Riverclan because the river is like RIGHT there where the Riverclan cats can rest and you know, relax. However, the prey at Sunningrocks if I remember correctly are Thunderclan Prey and they would kinda be stealing prey from Thunderclan and wouldn't know how to capture the prey well (yah, they can learn but then Thunderclan might feel different having Riverclan learn the hunting ways of Thunderclan) plus, its on the Thunderclan side of the Riverclan-Thunderclan border so it just works for me

Well Riverclan do have to hunt like Thunderclan when the river freezes in leafbare. They hunt birds are probably other kinds of forest prey. Riverclan can probably fish from Sunningrocks and when the river dries up or freezes, it's a good place for them to hunt. Thunderclan have the whole forest. You can think about it from Riverclan's point of view if you read Crookedstar's Promise.

Never read Crookedstar's Promise so I guess that's something I should do in order to fully understand Riverclan's point of view. ^-^

It belongs to RiverClan!

I say Riverclan becuase Thunderclan might have more prey in Leaf-bare, but I could be wrong! But I still think Riverclan should get the sunning rocks!

Yeah! RiverClan can depend on Sunningrocks if the river they mainly fish from gets polluted!

Riverclan o'course! It was theirs in the first place! Thunderclan didn`t want it then, so why should they want it now? It`s just not fair! Would it be fair if the trees in Thunderclan died and a river ran through for Riverclan to just claim it their own? No! Thunderclan`s just SO noble! So they can do that but no other clan can?!

I honestly think they should find a way to compromise. Both clans use the rocks one way or another. Either learn to share it or neither clan can have it [get rid of the stupid rocks].

Haha, yeah, true but I don't think clans really like sharing, especially when it comes to prey and land. If that were to happen, then I would think war/battles would break much more easily over the prey and all. Another reason why it may not work because then Shadowclan and Windclan might think that Riverclan and Thunderclan were forming an alliance and MORE battles would break out. Even if neither had Sunningrocks, I think eventually either Thunderclan or Riverclan would sneak to claim it and still use it secretly since the clans don't ALWAYS follow the Warrior Code

I think it`s rightfully Riverclans and that Thunderclan should live with their territory! Greedy cats! Grrrr! (Not the Thunderclan on the website)
